nas que no pertenecen al Servicio Tcnico Oficial de RadioShack; (c) consumibles como fusibles o bateras; (d) el desgaste o deterioro ordinario y los daos externos; (e) el coste de transporte, envo y seguro; (f) los costes de retirada del producto, instalacin, configuracin, ajuste o reinstalacin; y (g) las reclamaciones realizadas por personas distintas al comprador original. Si se presenta algn problema cubierto por esta garanta, deber llevar el producto y la factura de compra RadioShack como prueba de la fecha de compra a cualquier tienda RadioShack de EEUU. RadioShack deber, a su discrecin y a menos que la ley indique lo contrario: (a) reparar el producto sin gastos de piezas y mano de obra; (b) sustituir el producto por otro igual o equivalente; o (c) reembolsar el importe del precio de compra.
