The thermostat consists of a LCD display which shows the current setting to the user, an occupancy sensor which detects the state of occupancy and 4 buttons for users setting. The unit can be powered by 2 AA batteries or from a low voltage external power source. Installation Pull the plastic cover from the base plate. Mount the base plate onto the wall where there is a good circulation of air. Install 2 AA alkaline batteries to the battery holders or connect the external power source wiring to the screw terminal. Press the SETUP button to bind WT-23 radio to a host device. Once they are bound, install the plastic cover back onto the base plate.
