Your remote control kit is pre-programmed at the factory. Though rare, it is possible for it to loose its connection with the remote receiver inside the duck. If your remote control does not work out of the box, perform the following steps to re-program your remote control to work with your decoy. You can also use these steps for setting up your remote control to control multiple ducks from the same key fob. 1) Remove the decoy wings. 2) Carefully remove the 4 screws in the top of the receiver cover to expose the PCB board inside. 3) Turn your decoy to the ON (RF) position and press and HOLD the S1 button shown below in the illustration. 4) While pressing down the S1 button, press and hold the key fob button until the Red LED illuminates on the board. At that point, your receiver has been programmed to work with that remote. 5) If you have multiple decoys that you want to control with the same remote control, repeat this process with each of the ducks. 6) Replace the cover and screws and you are ready to start hunting. If those steps do not get it back working, please check to see if the battery in the key fob is fresh and not depleted. If still a problem, contact Customer Service at the number is 715-381-2935.
