It offers control for Z-Wave, Zigbee, and 2GIG devices while also enabling control of Wi-Fi devices paired to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. It features local control for fast responsiveness, and through the Vera app gives customers remote access, personalized notifications, and scene creation ability. Package content The Ezlo Secure comes with an ethernet cable, power adapter, and quick start guide. Each Ezlo Secure is shipped under a unique serial number shown on the packaging. Users should retain packaging for reference. The connector is a USB host with support for mass storage devices. Resetting the device to Factory Settings will remove all the information about included devices, scenes created, House modes settings, etc. Push and hold the RESET button at least 5 sec (on Ezlo Secure LED starts blinking RED), After that your Ezlo controller will be reset to factory defaults. Button on the top Multifunctional user button LAN Power Reset User Guide 4 Chapter 2 Initial Installation This chapter covers the software installation of the Ezlo Secure Gateway. Requirements Use a standard 10/100/1000 BaseT network (UTP) cable with RJ45 connector Procedure LAN Power Reset LAN Power Reset Connect the AC Power Adapter to your Ezlo Secure. Connect your Ezlo Secure to your internet gateway using an Ethernet cable. 1. Choose an Installation Site Select a suitable place to install the Ezlo Secure Gateway. 2. Connect LAN Cable Use a standard LAN cable to connect the device to the Ethernet port on the Ezlo Secure Gateway. 3. Power Up Connect the supplied power adapter to the Ezlo Secure Gateway. Use only the power adapter provided. Using a different one may cause hardware damage. 4. Check the LEDs The LED should be ON. User Guide 5 Chapter 3 Configuration Configuration Program This chapter provides Setup details of the System. The Ezlo Secure Gateway can offer customers seamless communication between devices while at home or away. This gateway is designed to provide complete connectivity with all certified devices including, security systems and ZigBee/ZWave/2GIG devices. Preparation iOS Android 1. Install the VeraMobile application on your phone Go to App store Search for VeraMobile app and install it Go to Google Play store Search for VeraMobile app and install it 2. Connect the AC Power Adapter to your Ezlo Secure 3. Connect your Ezlo Secure to your internet gateway using a LAN cable Using the mobile application 1. Open the VeraMobile app on your mobile phone 2. If you dont have an account after you open the app select New to Vera option and select from the list Ezlo Secure. 3. Select Wired setup. The app will walk you through the rest steps. 4. Select Scan Barcode you will see the screen with a camera and Add manually button. 5. Tap Add manually and enter the serial number and MAC address
(printed on the sticker) 6. You will see the congratulations screen with Ezlo Secure. 7. Ezlo Secure is ready to use.
