Operation in areas more than 72 km (45 miles) from international borders that are located in counties with population densities of 100 persons or fewer per square mile, based upon the most recently available population statistics from the Bureau of the Census, the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of 3.2m between the antenna and the general population. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be fixed-mounted on outdoor permanent structures with a separation distance from all persons during normal operation. Installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
