Overview and Phone Compatibility This Users Guide provides directions on how to use your Body Glove Bluetooth Adapter with your mobile phone. The Bluetooth Adapter only works with mobile phones that have a 2.5mm Universal jack found on Sanyo, most Samsung, Motorola, Kyocera, LG, and other phones. Just pair the adapter to your Bluetooth Headset (see page 4 for pairing instructions), plug the adapter into your mobile phone, and then use your headset to talk. Now, you can keep your hands free for other tasks at the office or in the car. 1 NOTE: Please remember driving is your first priority when in the car. What is Bluetooth Wireless Technology?
Bluetooth wireless technology makes it possible to connect consumer electronic devices using a radio link instead of cables to transmit voice and data information. Q: What does the pin number have to be on my Bluetooth headset for it to successfully pair to my Body Glove BluetoothAdapter?
A: You can only pair a Body Glove Bluetooth Adapter with a headset pin number of 0000. If your headset has another pin number, consult your headset users manual for instructions on how to change it. Q: How do I get the Bluetooth Adapter to work with my mobile phone?
A: Simply plug the adapter into the connector on your phone. This makes your non-Bluetooth phone Bluetooth-enabled. Making and Receiving Calls Once you have set up the Bluetooth Adapter to work with your mobile phone, you can make and receive calls using the headset as long as both are turned on and within range of each other (up to 10m. /30 ft.). NOTE: The LED Indicator Light flashes green during calls to indicate phone communication. 1. Position belt clip onto corresponding side of adapter

Use only the charger supplied with the adapter. (Other chargers may damage unit and void the warranty) Use the table below as your reference for charging status LED Light Color Solid Red Solid Green 2 Red Flashes Battery or Charging Status Battery charging while Bluetooth Adapter is off When Bluetooth Adapter is off and fully charged, LED light glows green Low battery power (LED light will flash until the battery runs out or is charged) Connecting the Adapter to the Charger The plug configuration of the power supply is appropriate to the country where your Bluetooth Adapter was purchased. If you travel to foreign countries and wish to charge your Bluetooth Adapter, you will need to purchase the appropriate plug adapter for the country you are visiting. Your charger has a cable approx. 23cm (9 inches) long. Please refer to the Illustration below before charging your adapter. IMPORTANT NOTE: The charger is keyed to fit only ONE WAY into your Bluetooth Adapter. Q: How do I know when my adapter is fully charged?
A: The LED Indicator Light will turn from red to green when headset is fully charged. Q: My adapter wont charge. What should I do?
A: Your adapter is not charging if there is no light shown on the LED. Try taking your adapter off the charger and reconnecting it until you see the red light. Figure 4 3 General Adapter Operation To turn Bluetooth Adapter on: Press and hold on/off button briefly. The LED Indicator Light will flash green, then at intervals to show unit is on. To turn Bluetooth Adapter off: Press and hold on/off button briefly. The LED Indicator Light will flash green once and then stay off. The unit is now off. Figure 5 Body Pairing What is Pairing?
Pairing the creates wireless connection between your Glove Bluetooth Adapter and your Bluetooth Headset. Put your Body Glove Bluetooth Headset into pairing mode as described by your headsets users manual. 2. Now, put the Bluetooth Adapter in pairing mode as well. Simply press the pairing button on the Bluetooth Adapter until the LED Indicator Light flashes red and green. 3. When both the Bluetooth Adapter and Bluetooth Headset are in pairing mode, they will search for each other. After 8-10 seconds, they will pair to each other. NOTE: Make sure that there are no other active Bluetooth devices in the area as it can disrupt the pairing process. 4. If pairing between the headset and the Bluetooth Adapter is successful, the Bluetooth Adapters LED Indicator Light will flash solid green for 2 seconds and then return to standby mode. Your headset should also go into standby mode. You can now plug your Bluetooth Adapter into the headset jack of your phone and use your Bluetooth Headset. 5. If the Bluetooth Adapter finds no devices or finds more than one device, it will flash red for 2 seconds to indicate an error and then return to standby mode. 6. If pairing is unsuccessful, repeat the entire pairing process. Make sure that both the Bluetooth Adapter and your Bluetooth Headset are in pairing mode at the same time. 4
