- Make certain there are fresh alkaline batteries in the transmitter and that they have been installed in the correct position. You may need to re-sync the transmitter and vehicle. Refer to sync instructions in Transmitter Functions section.
- Are the (+) and () markings on the alkaline batteries in the same position as the (+) and () markings in the Transmitter Battery Compartment?
- Are the metal contact tabs touching, rusty or dirty in the transmitter?
- Has the vehicle been fully charged?
- Make certain that the vehicle ON/OFF switch is in the ON position. Problem - Vehicle moves by itself or exhibits reduced range from the transmitter.
- Make certain there are no outside radio interference in your area. The best way to test this is to take the vehicle as far away from radio towers, electrical lines or tall buildings as possible to ensure no further radio interference will occur. Always remove Batteries from transmitter when not in use. Do not dispose batteries in fire. Leakage, explosion and personal injury may occur. Do not attempt jumps or tricks with this vehicle. Do not attempt to remove internal battery. Do not use included USB cord for anything other than its intended purpose. Always keep USB cord stored when not in use. Adult supervision recommended. 1.Vehicle has working lights. 2.The front and rear of the car can be raised or lowered. 3.The front wheels are capable of bouncing.
* If vehicle pulls to the left or right during forward driving the Wheel Alignment may need to be adjusted. The Wheel Alignment Dial is located on bottom of chassis between the front wheels. This vehicle is equipped with an internal Lithium-ion battery that is recharged via USB. ON/OFF Switch must be in the OFF position prior to charging. Charge Status Light Type-C Charging Port CSS 1. Locate the ON/OFF switch and Type-C Charging Port on the under-side of the vehicle. 2. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. 3. The charging port is Type-C, and the cable can be plugged into any 5V DC computer or 5V DC USB outlet adapter (not included). 4. While charging, the LED Charge Status Light under the vehicle will be on. Once fully charged the LED will turn off. Charging is completed in approximately 1.5 hours. Return cord before operating the vehicle. 1. Remove the screw to open the Battery Compartment Cover. 2. Insert 2 AA size batteries. Make sure the positive (+) and negative (-) markings on the batteries match up to the ones inside the Battery Compartment. 3. Replace the Battery Compartment Cover and replace the screw. Note: When replacing Transmitter batteries:
Use alkaline batteries only. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard or rechargeable batteries. Functions Raise / Lower Forward/Reverse Left/Right Drive Steering Syncing This transmitter is equipped with 2.4GHz technology which allows up to 6 vehicles to be raced at the same time. Before first use and after any time the batteries are replaced, the transmitter must be paired to the vehicle. To sync transmitter and vehicle, follow the steps below:
1. Correctly install batteries in the transmitter. 2. Place vehicle upside down, and turn Vehicle ON/OFF switch to the ON position. The Vehicle is only in sync mode for 30 seconds. 3. Immediately press and hold the Forward/Reverse joystick on the transmitter. Keep holding until wheels move (up to 30 sec.).
