1. If the remote control can't control the fan, please reset the matching mode between transmitter and receiver. Switch on electricity for the fan, make transmitter point to receiver, and press the ON/OFF Fan button on the remote control until hearing "bee", the match is done successfully. Note: the match has to be done within 10 seconds after the power electricity has been given to FAN, otherwise the fan will skip the matching mode. 2.
