In the process of using computer/notebook as a briefing media, the product provides users the ability to remotely control their machines from a distance. In addition, there are many useful hot keys built-in on the remote controller, and a laser pointer is included as well. The remote controller can be used as multimedia controller. Since, computer with remote controller is going to be the most efficiency way to present in offices or could be used to enjoy music anytime anywhere. Then put batteries on the body of remote controller. The basic hardware installation is complete. For projector users, it is necessary to connect the projector to the video output port on computer. Driver and Application Installation Running setup.exe on the bundled floppy disk. The installation procedure will prompt for installation steps. Follow instructions, the driver and application will be installed automatically. FUNCTIONAL KEYS DEFINITION Four function keys from the bottom are dual mode. Pressing keys repeat can switch between functions. The side button: Laser pointer control button. Used to control the power on/off of laser pointer in the process of presentation. Cursor controller: The roundness controller in the upper side is the cursor controller. It controls the cursor on the screen just as mouse does. While function keys are pressed, the controller can be used to handle the briefing process, for example, while Revel is pressed, pressing the controller to different direction can increase or decrease the size of revelation screen. The central button in cursor controller: It acts as the left key of mouse but the double click function. Pressing the button to select objects. ENTER: Enter key, used to execute a file or command. While function key is been pressed, acts as cancel key for specified function. Page Up: Going to previous page. While function key is been pressed, acts as parameter switch 1. Page Down: Going to next page. While function key is been pressed, acts as parameter switch 1.
* BAR/Capt. While BAR/Capt. is pressed once, BAR: Vertical and horizontal indicating bar, useful to emphasize content line-by-line or column-by-column. Users can change the size, color and moving direction as they wish. Page Up: Acts as parameter switch 1, changing the indicating direction (horizontal or vertical) and the indicating size
(three sizes). Page Down: Acts as parameter switch 2, changing the indicating area size (5 sizes). Using cursor controller to handle the indicating process. While BAR/Capt. is pressed two times, Capt: Capturing pictures on the screen. When the speaker interacts with audience, we can input their ideas or notes on the screen for memo. At the same time, the function can save the whole screen as a file for reference afterward. It guarantees that speakers will not lost anything feed back from the audience. Page Up: Listing exist files in orders, there are ten files for chosen. Page Down: Enter key for picture saving file chosen.
* REVEL/Load While REVEL/Load is pressed once, REVEL: Covering most area on the screen to emphasize the explaining topics. This can prevent from audience distraction. Users can adjust the color and size of the revelation area as their demands. Screen revelation can be shown horizontally and vertically. Page Up: Acts as parameter switch 1, changing the indicating direction (upward, downward, leftward or rightward). Page Down: Acts as parameter switch 2, changing the indicating color (16 colors). Using cursor controller to handle the area of revelation. While REVEL/Load is pressed two times, Load:
Loading captured pictures. Page Up: Listing exist files in orders, there are ten files for chosen. Page Down: Enter key for picture saving file chosen.
* MAGN/Pen While MAGN/PEN is pressed once, MAGN: Magnifying function for the pointed area. It is similar to the spotlight.. Page Up: Acts as parameter switch 1, changing the size of zooming area.(3 sizes) Page Down: Acts as parameter switch 2, changing the zooming multiple (2 multiples). Using cursor controller to choose the area of magnification. While MAGN/PEN is pressed two times, PEN: Hand writing function, providing input function via mouse on the screen. Users can use it to record their inspiration and audiences feed back as soon as possible. Page Up: Acts as parameter switch 1, changing the size of painting pen.(4 sizes) Page Down: Acts as parameter switch 2, changing the color painting (16 colors). Using cursor controller as hand writing device and the mouse left key (the center key of cursor controller) to control the pen touch.
* ZOOM/Text While ZOOM/TEXT is pressed once, ZOOM: Zooming in or out for the screen. It provides the functionality to scale up or down the whole screen. And user still can use mouse to choose the area they want to display. Page Up: Acts as parameter switch 1, changing the zooming multiple (three multiples). Using cursor controller to browse the zoomed area. While ZOOM/TEXT is pressed two times, TEXT: Text input, inputting text on the pointed screen area. There are twenty default sentences for user to choose and input easily. Users can make their own sentences as well. Page Up: Acts as parameter switch 1, choosing default sentences. Using the left key of mouse (the center button of cursor controller) as ENTER. Page Down: Acts as parameter switch 2, changing the color and size of letter (16 colors). Using cursor controller to select where to input text and the left key of mouse (the center button of cursor controller) to input letters. NOTE 1. The theory effective distance for the remote controller is 2 m to 5 m. 2. The receiver should be resident within the 120o angle scan area. 3. There must be no blocking within the line of sight between remote controller and receiver. 4. While using laser pointer, please do not point to human eyes directly, in case of injury. Note:
