8-10 Hardware test interface 8-11 Hardware test steps and errors handling Attention: Before entering the hardware testing interface, please follow the below steps one by one. As shown below:

Click the Hardware Test button on the screen to enter the testing interface. Please dont ignore the hardware test which is the operation core of the machine. The hardware has close relation with machine broken down. So please read this instruction seriously. The hardware test is mainly used to check whether above hardware works normally or not. The following below is to check whether each of hardware works or not.

8-12. Sensor ABC testing:
Use LG01 key to open the screen door Check whether each pipe has capsule or not and at least has one. Hand touch to click the Test Motor A button If the Sensor A displays a red light and a new capsule coming out from the pipe, the sensor A is working. If the sensor A fails to run as normal, then need to replace the Senor. The replacement process is following as below:

loose 6 screws at Sensor A/B and remove the top two layers. loose the red and blue docking ports loosen two screws on the sheet metal surface with a screwdriver. Slowly pull out the 5-hole cover on the 5th floor of Sensor A Slowly pull out the 5th hole cover on the 4th floor of Sensor A

Slowly pull out the 5-hole cover on the third floor of Sensor A Select 5.5mm sleeve to loosen three nuts. Slowly pull out the 5-hole cover on the second floor of Sensor A The sensor can be replaced by loosening the screw with a screwdriver

2. Capsule channel sensor testing:
Two sensors on both sides of the inclined plate of the ball are shielded by hand (two on the left and two on the right). Watch if Counter 2 is bright red. Bright red indicates that the sensor is working normally. If the out-of-ball sensor does not work properly, a new sensor needs to be replaced. The replacement steps are as follows:
Open the back door and use a screwdriver to loosen the back door screw. Turn off the machine. Select the key
(LG1) to open the display door

Select a 5mm wrench to loosen the top six screws and take out the top two layers. Loosen the red and blue docking ports Hands will be gifts mechanism parts lifted at the same time, to both sides of the screw position, it is best to operate both front and back at the same time. loose the three screws of the slope mechanism and remove them. 3.coin selector test:
Hand-ope rated SW1 key Remove slope component status Replacem ent of sensors Watch for bright red at Coins. Bright red indicates that the coin operates normally.

If the coin selector is not working properly, a new coin must be replaced. The replacement steps are as follows:
Pull the end of the wire by hand Choose the sleeve tool 7mm to loosen the four screws of the coin thrower. The operation can be completed by replacing the new coin holder. 4.SET UP BUTTON TEST:
Hold the button by hand Watch if the Set is bright red. Bright red indicates that the button is working properly

If the button does not work properly, a new button needs to be replaced. The replacement steps are as follows:
Remove the button docking terminal by hand. loose the button screw with an open wrench of 10 mm. Replacement of the new button will complete.

5. Error recover button test:
Hold the button by hand 6.Dial test:
Turn the knob clockwise with your hand

Watch Repair for bright red. Bright red indicates that the button is working properly. Watch for bright red at TURN. Bright red indicates that the knob button is working properly. If the knob does not work properly, the knob switch should be replaced. The replacement steps are as follows:

9. APP Version Updating Method and Steps:
Attention: firstly, make sure the machine power on stably; then following the below steps to update the APP version:
Use the LG01 key to open the front door press the red button Mainboard Insert the USB to host. The USB has contain the latest APP version

Select the Update App option on the screen and wait 10s. The system will automatically update the latest App version. 10.How to updated video Note: First of all, ensure that the machine is in a stable power-on state. Then update it through the following steps. As shown in the following figure:

Separated the mainboard plugs(five place). Use the screwdriver.lose the four screw ,and then change the mainboard .
