Output Power is EIRP and ERP for above and below 1 GHz, respectively. The highest reported SAR for body and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions are 1.18 W/kg and 1.58 W/kg, respectively. This device must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi- transmitter evaluation procedures, or as documented in this filing.
