FCC Radiation Exposure Statement This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 0.5 centimeter between the radiator and your body. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. The antennas used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 0.5 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. LIMITED WARRANTY Giga-Tms warrants that the products sold pursuant to this Agreement will perform in accordance with Giga-Tmss published specifications. This warranty shall be provided only for a period of one year from the date of the shipment of the product from Giga-Tms (the Warranty Period). This warranty shall apply only to the Buyer (the original purchaser, unless that entity resells the product as authorized by Giga-Tms, in which event this warranty shall apply only to the first re-purchaser). During the Warranty Period, should this product fail to conform to Giga-Tmss specifications, Giga-Tms will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no additional charge except as set forth below. Repair parts and replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be either reconditioned or new. All replaced parts and products become the property of Giga-Tms. This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage to the product resulting from accident, disaster, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of the product not authorized by Giga-Tms. Giga-Tms reserves the right to examine the alleged defective goods to determine whether the warranty is applicable. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Giga-Tms specifically disclaims any liability or warranty for goods resold in other than Giga-Tmss original packages, and for goods modified, altered, or treated without authorization by Giga-Tms. Service may be obtained by delivering the product during the warranty period to Giga-Tms (8F No. 31 Lane 169, Kang Ning Street, Hsi Chih Dist New Taipei City, Taiwan). If this product is delivered by mail or by an equivalent shipping carrier, the customer agrees to insure the product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, to prepay shipping charges to the warranty service location, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent. Giga-Tms will return the product, prepaid, via a three

(3) day shipping service. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. Buyers may obtain an RMA number by contacting with sales@gigatms.com.tw EACH BUYER UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS GIGA-TMS PRODUCT IS OFFERED AS IS. Please make sure the following items are ready. A PC or Controller. PC need already installed SLR810 software (DISK5472) Start to use SLR810 The SLR810 use USB HID to connect the PC or Controller. PC open SLR810 software to set up the SLR810. Please refer to SLR810 Software User Guide. There are instructions about how SLR810 also support auto keyboard output which can use Notepad from Microsoft to read EPC Windows Chapter 4Good to Read The antenna of the SLR810 is horizontally polarized. (1) No modification of antenna will be allowed.

(2) The end product must be certified by FCC, if customer will use the other antenna. 5. Stand--alone configuration. The modular transmitter has been performed the testing as a stand alone and then confirmed the compliance. Please refer to the test report number W6M21911-19503-C-

l. 6. Label with own FCC ID number and exterior label. The module is labeled with own FCC ID number. Please see exhibition label sample for the FCC ID of this module. The label made by polyester sheet is affixed to the module by a high-strength adhesive. Since the FCC ID number will not be visible when the module is installed inside the end product, there are instructions give to the OEM how to label the end product. Please refer to the User Manual. 7. Compliant with any specific rule or operating requirements. The module as manufactured is completely controlled by the onboard processor. There are no influences to the operation of the transmitter the end can induce that will operate the module outside of scope of the regulations. The necessary explanation for user to be complied with this requirement is contained on the manual. 8. RF exposure requirements. To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
