User Manual Frs Walkie Talkie EN USER INSTRUCTIONS 1 Instruction For Use This set includes 2 walkie-talkie units which are communication devices operating on 462MHZ. They come with 3 channels, enabling you to communicate up to 2 Miles(3KM) in open areas. Note: Please read the user manual carefully before using the equipment and retain for future consultation!

The device cannot be used to contact the emergency services. 2 Key Functions 3 Before Use the device 3.1 Removing the belt clip Before insert batteries into the device, first remove the belt clip latch away from the device. 3.2 Open the screw with a screwdriver Note: Children under Age 12 should open the screws under adults supervision. 3.3 Installing the Batteries A, FOR USING OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES WITH USB CABLE(Included) 1, If the device comes with rechargeable battery and USB cable, you should use rechargeable batteries to charge. It cannot charge non-rechargeable batteries. 2, After placing batteries into correct positions, replace the battery cover. 3, Close the screw with a screwdriver. (Note: Children under Age 12 should open the screws under adults supervision) 4, The fully charging time is about 12hours. A, FOR USE OF NON RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES(Not Included) 1, Slid down the battery compartment cover. 2, Insert 3* AAA dry batteries (not included) 3, Position the batteries according to the polarity making on the battery compartment. 4, After placing batteries into correct positions, replace the battery cover. 5, Close the screw with a screwdriver. (Note: Children under Age 12 should open the screws under adults supervision) 4 Using the device 4.1 Turning the device on/off Switch on the device: Press and hold on the /VOL for 3 seconds then you will hear a beep sound. Switch off the device: Press and hold on the /VOL for 3 seconds then you will hear a beep sound. 4.2 Changing Channels Press the CH button for 2 seconds, the Channel number will change from 1-3. In order to fix the channel, the devices set to press the CH button for 2 seconds, then change to the next channel) Note: if no button is pressed within 6 seconds during setting, the device will return to stand-by mode. 4.3 Receiving/transmitting communications:
The devices are in Reception mode when it is turned ON and no transmitting. When a signal is received on the current channel, the device will in reception. When you press the PTT (push to talk) button, the devices switches to Transmission mode. The current digital number will flash in transmitting mode. Hold the device in a vertical position with the microphone 3-5cm away from your mouth. While holding the PTT button, speak into the microphone in a normal tone of voice. Release the PTT button when you finish transmitting. For others to receive your transmission, they must be on the same channel with you. Note: 1, The talking range depends on your surroundings and environment. It will be affected by obstructions such as hills or buildings. 2, Dont try to use two devices which are less than 1.5m
(5 feet) apart.
