(1) Press Conv. once and then 100F will display.
(2) Press Conv. repeatedly to set temperature. 100F~425F are available,
(3) Press START/+30SEC./CONFIRM to confirm the temperature.
(4) Press START/+30SEC./CONFIRM again to enter preheating setting.
(5) When preheating is completed, the oven will beep twice. Open the door and place food in the oven.
(6) Close the oven door.
(7) Press number keys to enter cooking time. The maximum time value is 99:99.
(8) Press START/+30SEC./CONFIRM to start cooking. 8. Defrost by Weight
(1) Press Pro Defrost once,and then the screen will display dEF1.
(2) Press START/+30SEC./CONFIRM to confirm.
(3) Press number keys to enter the weight of food. The range of weight is 4 to 70 Oz.
(4) Press START/+30SEC./CONFIRM to start defrosting. Note: During defrosting, the buzzer will sound to remind you to turn the food over. If no operation, the oven will continue working. 9. Defrost by Time
(1) Press Pro Defrost twice,and then the screen will display dEF2.
(2) Press START/+30SEC./CONFIRM to confirm.
(3) Press number keys to set the time. The maximum time value is 99:99.
(4) Press START/+30SEC./CONFIRM to start defrosting. Note: (1)When half of the time has passed, the buzzer will sound to remind you to turn the food over. If no operation, the oven will continue working.
(2) The default power level is P30,it cannot be changed. 14 10. Multi-Stage Cooking Notes: (1) Two cooking stages can be set in multi-stage cooking.
(2) If you set defrost function, it will work automatically in the first stage.

The maximum time value is 99:99. 12.Lock-out Function for Children Lock: In waiting state, press "STOP/CLEAR" for 3 seconds, there will be a long "beep"
