This device must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons, and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. This grant is valid only when the module is sold to OEM or OEM integrator. The integrator must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for final host devices and installations. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee and may require the submission of a Class II permissive change or new application.
