1 2 Grant CommentsPower out is conducted at the antenna terminal. Single Modular Approval. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter evaluation procedures as documented in this filing. End-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. OEM integrators must insure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install this module. For mobile and fixed operating configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed 7.51 dBi at 1900 MHz, 9.74 dBi at 700 MHz and 5.78 dBi at 1700 MHz as defined in 2.1091 for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and/or EIRP power limits as specified in Part 24 and 27. The Grantee is responsible for providing the documentation required for modular use. Class II Permissive Change: Single Modular Approval, disabled frequency band by software, address RF Exposure along with the WLAN/BT module (FCC ID: 2ASKV-GT-500BC1) co-location in the host of handset, Host Brand/model: BrainScope/GT-500BC1, as documented in this filing. The new antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed -5.25 dBi at 1900 MHz, -4.61 dBi at 700 MHz and -4.95 dBi at 1700 MHz for satisfying FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 5 mm separation between the device and the user's body. The highest reported SAR for body-worn accessory and simultaneous transmission exposure conditions are 0.57 W/kg and 0.83 W/kg, respectively.
