Huawei is responsible for recycling its end-of-life devices, and please contact Huawei local service center when recycling is required. Huawei strictly complies with the EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) and electronic waste management regulations enacted by different countries worldwide. In addition, Huawei has established a system for recycling and reuse of electronic wastes, and it can provide service of dismantling and recycling for WEEE. By Huawei recycling system, the waste can be handled environmentally and the resource can be recycled and reused fully, which is also Huawei WEEE stratagem in the word. Most of the materials in product are recyclable, and our packaging is designed to be recycled and should be handled in accordance with your local recycling policies. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

This device does not cause harmful interference. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. If this device is modified without authorization from Huawei, the device may no longer comply with FCC requirements for Class B digital devices. In that a case, your right to use the device may be limited by FCC regulations. Moreover, you may be required to correct any interference to radio or television communications at your own expense. This device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This device generates, uses and radiates radio frequency energy. If it is not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this device does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the device off and on, the user may take one or more of the following measures:

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. Reinforce the separation between the device and receiver. 1 Appearance The AirPresence Key is used with Huawei videoconferencing endpoints to share content in conferences. USB Connector Connects the AirPresence Key to an endpoint or PC. Button Press the button to start or stop sharing the PC desktop. LED Ring It is the status indicator of the AirPresence Key. When the indicator is... Off The AirPresence Key is... Not connected to any PC or endpoint. Connected to an endpoint and Steady green paired with it. Connected to a PC. Connected to an endpoint and being upgraded. Blinking green Connected to an endpoint and pairing with it. Connecting to a PC. Steady red Faulty. 1 2 Configuration Connect the AirPresence Key to an endpoint to pair them. The pairing is complete when the pairing success message is displayed on the endpoint's user interface. 3 Installation Before using the AirPresence Key on a PC for the first time, install its program on the PC. Connect the AirPresence Key to the USB port on the PC. Choose Program > Computer >AirPresence and double-click the program file. Then install the AirPresence Key program by following the wizard. AirPresenceKey.pkg To install the AirPresence Key program on a Mac,you will be asked to enter the system user name and password first. 4 Operation To use the AirPresence Key to share the PC desktop:

Connect the AirPresence Key to the USB port on the PC. The connection is successful when the connection success message is displayed. The LED ring turns steady green. Press the button on the AirPresence Key to start sharing the PC desktop. You will see the shared desktop on the screen of the monitor connected to the endpoint.
