Can't find Bluetooth on your phone (or other device)?
Headphone pairing successful, but only one ear is audible?
Do headphones automatically disconnect?
Can't charge the headphones?
The charging dock is fully charged, but the headphones aren't getting power?
Is the headphone signal intermittent?
The reason is that the two ears were not paired successfully. We recommend clearing the Bluetooth pairing information and reconnecting them. Place the headphones back into the charging case, close the lid, remove them, turn off Bluetooth, and reconnect. The silent headphones are powered off. Press and hold the touch area for about 5 seconds to hear the "Power On" prompt. Headphones will disconnect when outside the range and reconnect automatically when back within Bluetooth range. The reason is that the charging case is dead and needs to be charged. There are foreign objects at the charging port pin and headphone pin; simply clean them thoroughly. Avoid interference from strong external signals. Security Information Warning!
