Pairing Your Headphone Amp with a Bluetooth Device 1) Ensure the Headphone Amp is off. 2) Turn on the Headphone Amp by sliding the Power ON/OFF/Hold Button to position. 3) To activate the pairing mode, press and hold the Headphone Amps MFB ( ) for 3 seconds without releasing your finger until its status indicator flashes blue and red alternately. 4) Activate your mobile phones Bluetooth, search Bluetooth devices, select ProStereo D1 and enter the pass code 0000 if necessary. When the pairing is completed, the Headphone Amp status indicator will flash blue 3 times with Device Connected voice prompt if the voice prompt language has been configured with English. 6. USB DAC for CAS and Smartphone ProStereo D1 is designed with professional grade DAC
(Digital-to-Analog Converter) chipset and headphone amplifier. It can connect with computers as CAS
(Computer As Source or Computer Audio Source) usage or smartphones directly as an external sound card to simultaneously stream digital audio and output into high resolution audio quality (32-bit/384kHz). The ProStereo D1 also gets charged during the connection. To work the ProStereo D1 as USB DAC with a computer as CAS, use the provided USB cable to connect. For the first time of connection, the computer installs the appropriate USB Audio driver to set up ProStereo D1 as default sound card. G 5. Music Control Operation Multi-point allows simultaneous pairing of the Headphone Amp with 2 mobile phones, to pair 2 mobile phones:
1. Pair your Headphone Amp with the 1st mobile phone as normal and then switch off. 2. Repeat the pairing procedure for the 2nd mobile phone. 3. Re-connect the 1st mobile phone with the Headphone Amp via the phone menu. Factory Reset clears paired device list and erase end-user data. Steps are as follows:
1. Power On and connect the USB charging cable with ProStereo D1 Headphone Amp and the status indicator turns solid red. 2. Long press Forward ( ) Button for 3 seconds to reset the Headphone Amp. 3. If the reset is successful, then the status indicator flashes blue 2 times and returns 2 long beep. ProStereo D1 features AAC audio codec technology which delivers excellent quality Bluetooth stereo audio listening experience via the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) and music remote control via Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP), respectively. ProStereo D1 also highlights the state-of-the-art sampling rate converter technology that can up-sample the input audio signal to Hi-Fi grade quality audio output with 32-bit/384kHz which even outperforms the basic requirement of Hi-Resolution Audio.
