The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. The host integrator is instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. This device has a 1 MHz and 2 MHz bandwidth modes. Class II Permissive Change to allow this Bluetooth Transceiver Module to be integrated in a Portable COMMAND MIC Device. The highest reported SAR values for head and body-worn exposure conditions are 0.008 W/Kg and 0.013W/Kg respectively and satisfies the General Public/Uncontrolled exposure 1g-average SAR limits of 1.6 W/kg
