This device must transmit with a source-based time-averaging duty factor not exceeding 50%. This device must be restricted to work related operations in an occupational/controlled RF exposure environment. SAR was evaluated for body worn and held-to-face operating modes and found not to exceed the SAR 1g average limit of 8 W/Kg for occupational/controlled environments. Maximum SAR values reported are: Body 5.20 W/Kg and Head 4.91 W/Kg. Class II permissive change to change TCXO, IC to equivalent part and changes in receiver Parts. SAR was evaluated at hot spot for body worn and held-to-face operating modes and found not to exceed the SAR 1g average limit of 8 W/kg for occupational/controlled environments. Maximum SAR values reported are: Head 4.695 W/kg and Body 5.252W/kg.
