End users must be informed of the body worn requirements for satisfying RF Exposure compliance. This transmitter may operate only with antennas as described in this filing. This device must transmit with a usage-based time-averaging duty factor not exceeding 50%. This device must be restricted to work related operations in an Occupational/Controlled RF exposure environment. SAR was evaluated for body worn and held-to-face operating modes. The maximum peak spatial - average SAR values reported are: 1.85 w/kg (head), 3.82 w/kg (body). Class II permissive change to add new accessory, ACC Adaptor, Model AD-118. The highest reported SAR level with this new accessory is 4.76 W/kg (body) for 50% Duty Cycle. Class II permissive change to add new accessory, Icom Speaker Microphone, Model HM-184H.
