This device must be restricted to work related operations in an Occupational/Controlled RF exposure Environment. SAR was evaluated for body worn and held-to-face operating modes. The maximum peak spatial - average SAR values reported are: 1.4 W/Kg (Head), 3.72 W/Kg (Body). Class II permissive change to add new accessory, ACC Adaptor, Model AD-118.
