This transmitter may operate only with antennas as described in this filing. All qualified end-users of this device must receive training to have knowledge to control their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational/Controlled Exposure limit, and also have control of the exposure conditions of bystanders for complying with General/Population/Uncontrolled Exposure limit. A label, as described in this filing, must be displayed on the device to direct users to specific training information for meeting Occupational Exposure requirements, and users must be provided with the training information. This device must not be collocated or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Installers and end-users must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF Exposure compliance. The maximum peak spatial - average SAR measured was found to be 2.52 W/Kg for head configuration and 3.19 W/Kg for body configuration with 50% usage-based time-averaging applied for PTT device.
