Remove the measuring filler cup (1) from the lid (2) to add the ingredients through the central hole in the tid (2) only if the blender is switched off. D. Using the Thermometer Stirrer Stick (8) The use of Stirrer Stick allows the blending of very thick and/or frozen ingredients that cannot be processed by using the regular function of a blender. The Stirrer Stick maintains the food flow circulation by preventing the creation of air bubbles between the blade and the ingredients under process (see picture G). The BUGATTI Thermometer Stir stick can be also used to measure the temperature of processed mixture. To know the temperature just immerse a part of the stirrer stick (8)
, into the mixture in jar(3) of the blender and push on the button on the top of it; on the display is shown the temperature of the mixture (see picture H). Pushing on the button

for 3 seconds the temperature changes fram C to F and vice versa. Remove the measuring filler cup (1) and correctly insert the stirrer stick (8) into the jar (3) through the lids central hole (2), as per below image. This operation has to be done when the blender is A switched off. ONLY USE the stirrer stick (8) when the lid is placed on the jar
