Cada terminal suporta at 2 (dois) mdulos de teclas. Cada mdulo adicionado ao terminal diminui a capacidade da central em um terminal. Indicao luminosa: sinaliza que o terminal est recebendo uma chamada ou que existem chamadas novas no atendidas a serem visualizadas. 4. Teclas programveis: a funo de cada tecla poder ser definida pelo usurio. 5. Teclas com funes fixas:
Capture: pressione para efetuar uma captura geral no PABX, podendo ser reprogramada de acordo com o tipo de captura que deseja fazer. Redial: pressione para chamar o ltimo nmero discado. Recall: pressione para habilitar a funo de rechamada do PABX. Mute: pressione a tecla Mute, durante a conversao, para interromper a transmisso de udio. Flash: durante uma chamada, pressione essa tecla para transferi-la para outra pessoa. Viva-voz: permite realizar e receber chamadas atravs do viva-voz do terminal. 6. Microfone viva-voz. 7. Teclado alfanumrico. 8. Teclas com funes fixas:
Mensagens: permite ao usurio acessar diretamente a interface do correio de voz. Headset: permite realizar e receber chamadas atravs de um headset (opcional). Excluir: permite deletar informaes do aparelho, como: nmeros da agenda, registro de chamadas e caracteres inseridos equivocadamente durante uma programao. 9 9. Teclas de navegao e volume:

Vol Ajusta o volume de udio do monofone, headset, viva-voz e da campainha 10. O gancho do Terminal Inteligente funciona atravs de um sistema infravermelho que, ao sofrer interrupo de um feixe de luz entre o ponto A e B, avisa ao TI 5000 que o monofone est no gancho. Esta interrupo pode ocorrer colocando o prprio monofone no gancho ou encostando o seu dedo indicador na rea sinalizada por um crculo. 11. Mdulo de 15 teclas programveis (MOD 115). As teclas programveis deste mdulo saem de fbrica com a programao diferenciada para cada PABX, isto , programadas para acessar ramal. Fica a critrio do usurio configur-las conforme as suas necessidades. Acompanha cada mdulo a respectiva etiqueta padro, onde pode-se escrever a funo que estar associada a cada tecla. O indicador luminoso de cada tecla funciona de acordo com a funo programada. Obs.: vendido separadamente. 2.1. Display O TI 5000 possui um display grfico monocromtico com resoluo de 128 64 pixels. 2 4 5 1 3 1. Data, dia da semana e horrio, respectivamente. 2. Essas funes variam com a operao do terminal, que quando est em repouso s teclas de seleo acessam:

Conexes 4 3 1 5 2 1. Conexo para ramal. 2. Conexo para monofone. 3. Conexo para mdulo de teclas. 4. Sensor de movimento: permite o monitoramento de ambientes atravs de um sensor infravermelho instalado no p do terminal. Aps a deteco de um movimento no ambiente, o terminal poder emitir um aviso sonoro, realizar uma chamada para um nmero predeterminado (interno ou externo2), enviar um SMS1 ou acionar uma Atuao Externa2. 5. Conexo para fone de cabea (headset3). Caso o seu produto possua sensor de movimento. 2 Para utilizao destes servios verifique a disponibilidade no PABX. 3 A pinagem do headset deve seguir o padro TX-, RX-, RX+ e TX+, conforme imagem a seguir:

Enganche da base. 5. Trava lateral esquerda do p, trava central do p e trava lateral direita do p. Caso o seu produto possua sensor de movimento. Montagem do p do TI Primeiro encaixe a trava central do p no terminal, aps feito isso encaixe as travas laterais no terminal, caso alguma trava do p no estiver encaixada na base do Terminal, pode-se exercer uma fora no lado do p que ainda no est encaixado ou, favor repetir o processo a partir do primeiro passo instrudo. 3.3. Montagem do mdulo MOD 115 Caso voc tenha adquirido um mdulo de teclas MOD 115, para acopl-lo ao terminal digital TI 5000 de forma correta, siga os procedimentos:
1. Posicione o encaixe sobre a regio de fixao do mdulo no terminal;
2. Regule a posio do mdulo e, em seguida, aperte os parafusos para fix-lo ao terminal digital TI 5000. Pronto! O mdulo MOD 115 est fixado ao terminal digital TI 5000. 13 4. Operao 4.1. Operao atravs do fone A operao do terminal atravs do fone idntica operao de um telefone comum. Para realizar chamadas, basta retirar o fone do gancho e digitar o nmero desejado ou acionar uma das teclas programadas. Durante uma conversao atravs do fone, o usurio poder pressionar a tecla de Viva-voz uma nica vez para disponibilizar o udio no viva-voz e fone. O LED Viva-voz permanecer piscando. Caso o usurio pressione a tecla duas vezes, o udio disponibilizado somente no viva-voz e o fone poder ser colocado no gancho, sem a interrupo da chamada. O LED do viva-voz permanecer aceso. Caso o usurio tenha um headset conectado junto a TI, basta apertar para utiliz-lo. O LED do headset ficar aceso at o trmino da ligao ou troca de meio de a tecla de funo comunicao (fone ou viva-voz). 4.2. Operao com viva-voz ou headset Com funo Viva-voz: com o terminal em repouso a funo Viva-voz ativada automaticamente quando acionado o teclado alfanumrico, a tecla Viva-voz ou uma tecla programada. Ao ser encerrada a chamada, a desativao do Viva-voz automtica. Com o terminal em conversao tambm possvel pressionar a tecla Viva-voz duas vezes para entrar no modo Viva-voz. Enquanto em modo Viva-voz o referente LED permanecer aceso. Com funo Alta-voz: com o terminal em modo conversao possvel ativar o modo Alta-voz pressionando a tecla Viva-voz uma nica vez. Neste momento, o LED do Viva-voz permanecer piscando e a conversao realizada com o uso do fone e alto-falante do Viva-voz. Com headset: com headset conectado, a funo Headset ativada automaticamente quando acionado o teclado ou uma tecla programada. A utilizao do headset desabilita a funo Viva-voz. alfanumrico, a tecla Headset Enquanto em modo Headset o referente LED permanecer aceso. 4.3. Realizar chamada Retire o fone do gancho, pressione a tecla Viva-voz ou caso tenha um headset conectado, pressione a tecla de funo do headset e tecle o nmero desejado. Pressione a tecla programvel ou tecle o nmero desejado com o terminal em repouso. Durante a execuo de uma chamada ser apresentado no display do terminal o nmero do ramal que est sendo chamado. Caso este nmero esteja na agenda, ser exibido o nome cadastrado. Quando o ramal chamado estiver ocupado e no existir fila de atendimento ou esteja lotada, ir aparecer no display do terminal a mensagem:
Se o ramal que estiver ocupado for um terminal, este ir exibir durante 3 segundos no display a mensagem:
Ramal ocupado Mensagem de aviso que o ramal X ligou 14 Se o ramal no possuir categoria para realizar chamada externa, ao tentar este tipo de acesso ser exibida na tela do terminal uma mensagem seguida de um bipe. Se as linhas da rota estiverem bloqueadas para acesso externo a mensagem seguida de um bipe ser:
Chamada externa negada Todas as linhas da rota esto ocupadas 4.4. Rechamada A rechamada, seja interna ou externa poder ser realizada pressionando a tecla Recall em duas situaes:
Quando o ramal chamado no for atendido, a rechamada ser feita sobre o tom de chamada. Quando o ramal chamado estiver ocupado, a rechamada ser feita sobre o tom de ocupado. Ser exibida no display por 3 segundos a mensagem:
Quando executada a facilidade de rechamada, ser exibida a mensagem:
Rechamada programada com sucesso Terminal executando a rechamada 15 Para cancelar uma rechamada, pressione novamente a tecla Recall. A rechamada ser cancelada, sendo exibida por 3 segundos na tela a seguinte mensagem:
Rechamada desprogramada com sucesso 4.5. Recebendo chamadas Ao receber chamadas internas ou externas, o terminal apresenta ao usurio, se disponvel, o nmero do chamador ou seu nome (caso esteja registrado na agenda). Aps o atendimento da chamada o tempo de durao ser exibido no display. Fila de chamadas em espera Quando o terminal estiver operando em um ramal de operadora, aparecer no display a representao em forma de cones da chamada externa atendida e a das chamadas na fila em espera. O estado das chamadas:
Fila de chamadas em espera Chamada interna no atendida (est na fila de espera e ainda no foi atendida pelo terminal) Chamada interna atendida (j foi atendida pelo terminal e retornou para a fila) Chamada externa no atendida (est na fila de espera e ainda no foi atendida pelo terminal) Chamada externa atendida (j foi atendida pelo terminal e retornou para a fila) O cone do monofone indica a chamada que est sendo atendida pelo terminal. Para atender uma chamada que est na fila de espera, utilize as teclas de navegao para selecionar a chamada. Pressionando a tecla de seleo referente ao Ok ou
, a chamada selecionada atendida e a chamada em curso colocada no final da fila. Pressionando a tecla Atende, a chamada selecionada atendida e a chamada em curso desligada. Ao selecionar a chamada atendida, a tecla Desliga faz o desligamento da chamada em curso. Se o usurio receber uma ligao na hora em que estiver efetuando uma chamada, ou quando o cone direita do display, indicando uma ou mais chamadas em fila. aparecer 4.6. Atendimento de chamadas da fila de chamadas em espera Quando o terminal estiver sendo chamado, as chamadas s podero ser atendidas:
Levantando o fone do gancho, acionando o viva-voz ou headset. Nas demais situaes, as chamadas podero ser atendidas:
Levantando o fone do gancho, acionando o viva-voz ou headset. Pressionando a tecla Ok. Pressionando a tecla referente linha que est chamando. 16 Para o controle de acesso s chamadas, o terminal dispe de um cursor sob os cones da fila de chamadas em espera. Com o posicionamento do cursor possvel controlar a chamada que deseja atender, utilizando as teclas de navegao. 1. Com o cursor posicionado no cone da chamada atendida (cone do monofone):
Pressionando a tecla desliga: ser desligada a chamada atendida, sem atender a prxima chamada da fila, liberando o tom de discar. Pressionando a tecla ou Ok: a chamada atendida ser colocada na ltima posio da fila, sem atender a prxima chamada, liberando o tom de discar. Atravs do gancho do fone, da tecla Viva-voz ou headset: ser desligada a chamada corrente. A chamada que era a primeira da fila passa a ser a chamada corrente, com a campainha tocando. 2. Com o cursor posicionado no cone de uma chamada da fila:
Pressionando a tecla atende: ser atendida a chamada selecionada pelo cursor e desligada a chamada atual. Pressionando a tecla ou Ok: ser atendida a chamada selecionada pelo cursor e ser colocada a chamada atual na ltima posio da fila. Para cada atendimento, em qualquer dos casos, o cursor automaticamente retorna a primeira chamada da fila. Assim, se nenhuma outra chamada for selecionada, o atendimento ocorrer por ordem de chegada da chamada na fila. 4.7. Atendimento encadeado de chamada externa Uma forma alternativa de atendimento de chamadas na fila de espera atravs das teclas programadas com acesso linha. Quando uma chamada externa est em andamento, pode-se atender a uma segunda chamada direcionada para o ramal (LED da tecla programada como linha piscando) pressionando-se a tecla dedicada correspondente linha. A chamada anterior colocada em uma posio de estacionamento automaticamente. Este procedimento pode ser repetido novamente caso outra chamada seja encaminhada para o ramal e assim sucessivamente, dependendo da quantidade de posies de estacionamento disponveis na central do usurio. Para voltar quaisquer das chamadas colocadas no estacionamento pressione a tecla dedicada da linha. 4.8. Menu aes O menu Aes fornece atalhos para funcionalidades importantes e muito utilizadas no dia a dia. Para acessar o menu Aes aperte a tecla de seleo
. Dependendo da utilizao do terminal, o menu Aes apresenta funcionalidades diferentes em 3 modos de operao, Modo Repouso, Modo Conversao e Modo Chamando:
Modo Repouso: quando o terminal no possuir ligaes estabelecidas e no estiver recebendo uma chamada. Desvio Sempre: habilita o desvio de todas as chamadas dirigidas ao terminal. Pode ser configurado para outro ramal, grupo ou nmero externo. Modo Silencioso: quando habilitado, o terminal no gera nenhum tipo de som. No Perturbe: bloqueia a recepo de chamadas dirigidas ao ramal. Bloquear Teclado: bloqueia o teclado do terminal, para desbloque-lo mantenha a tecla * pressionada durante cinco segundos. Modo Conversao: quando o terminal possuir uma chamada estabelecida. Transferir para: permite transmitir a ligao em andamento. Pndulo: esta facilidade possibilita trocar a chamada corrente por outra que esteja na fila de atendimento, sejam essas chamadas internas ou externas. Reter: possibilita reter a chamada por um tempo pr-determinado. Estacionar: permite estacionar a chamada em andamento. Modo Chamando: quando o terminal estiver recebendo uma chamada. Silenciar: deixa o terminal mudo durante o recebimento da chamada. Transferir para: permite transferir sem atender a chamada entrante. Rejeitar: rejeita a chamada entrante. Para utilizar o menu aes em qualquer um dos estados acima, pressione a tecla de seleo desejada dependendo do estado do seu terminal. e selecione a opo Obs.: a senha do ramal requisitada no menu Aes sempre que a senha de acesso ao menu facilidades estiver habilitada. 17 4.9. Reteno de chamada Para reter uma chamada em andamento pressione a tecla correspondente ao menu aes, e com o cursor, selecione a opo Reter, automaticamente a chamada ser retida. Ao esgotar o tempo de reteno, o terminal emitir um bipe de aviso indicando que a chamada foi encaminhada para a fila (ltima posio). 4.10. Reteno de chamada externa para o estacionamento com ocupao de nova rota Quando uma chamada externa est em andamento, pode-se reter esta chamada colocando-a em uma posio de estacionamento e ocupar uma nova rota, bastando para isso, pressionar a tecla programada com a rota que se deseja ocupar. 4.11. No perturbe Este servio permite bloquear a recepo de chamadas dirigidas ao ramal. Uma vez programado, o ramal no receber mais chamadas, podendo apenas realiz-las. Para programar o No perturbe, pressione a tecla correspondente ao menu Aes
, e selecione a opo No perturbe. O display do terminal ir exibir uma mensagem:

No perturbe desprogramado 4.12. Utilizando as teclas programveis para acesso s funes do PABX As teclas programveis do terminal podem ser utilizadas para acesso rpido a ramais e rotas do PABX. Alm disso, essas teclas podem ser configuradas para o acesso de diversas facilidades e acessrios, desobrigando o usurio de digitar comandos numricos. Acesso aos ramais Permite o acesso ao ramal programado. O indicador luminoso apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED piscando: ramal est recebendo chamada. LED aceso: ramal est ocupado. LED apagado: ramal livre. Acesso s linhas Permite capturar uma chamada da linha programada. O indicador luminoso apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED aceso: linha ocupada. LED apagado: linha livre. LED piscando: linha com uma chamada a ser atendida. LED piscando lento: linha com chamada no estacionamento. Acesso a canais E1 Permite capturar uma chamada do canal E1 programado. O indicador luminoso apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED apagado: canal livre. LED aceso: canal ocupado. LED piscando: canal com uma chamada a ser atendida. LED piscando lento: canal com chamada no estacionamento. Acesso a canais VoIP Permite capturar uma chamada do canal VoIP programado. Obs.: s ir funcionar com placa VoIP. Para acessar ou sinalizar os canais IPs da placa ICIP deve-se utilizar a Mesa Virtual Impacta. O indicador luminoso apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED apagado: canal livre. LED aceso: canal ocupado. LED piscando: canal com uma chamada a ser atendida. LED piscando lento: canal com chamada no estacionamento. Acesso s rotas Permite acesso rota programada. Acesso ao grupo de ramais Permite acesso ramal atravs de grupos de ramais previamente programados. 19 Numa tecla programada como acesso a grupo de ramais, o indicador luminoso associado pode apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED piscando: chamada externa ou interna para grupo. LED apagado: nenhuma chamada externa ou interna para o grupo. Ao ser acionada esta tecla, uma mensagem na tela do terminal indica o nmero do grupo que est sendo chamado. Quando um dos ramais do grupo atender a chamada, o seu nmero ser exibido no display do terminal. E no caso de grupo Busca pessoa, o ramal atendedor permanecer com o alto-falante do viva-voz ativo durante a chamada. Acesso ao porteiro Permite acesso ao porteiro eletrnico. O usurio que deseja chamar o porteiro dever pressionar a tecla programada com esta funo. O indicador luminoso da tecla pode apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED aceso: porteiro ocupado. LED apagado: porteiro livre. LED piscando: porteiro est sendo chamado. Acessa atuao externa Permite comandar via ramal algum tipo de dispositivo externo, campainha, sirene ou outro tipo de equipamento. O usurio dever pressionar a tecla programada com esta funo para acionar a interface externa. O indicador luminoso da tecla pode apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED aceso: atuao ocupada (acionada). LED apagado: atuao livre. Acesso ao correio de voz Esta facilidade permite o acesso ao correio de voz para poder escutar as mensagens nele deixadas. Para ouvir as mensagens, pressione a tecla Correio. O indicador luminoso da tecla pode apresentar os estados:
LED aceso: h mensagens novas no correio de voz. LED apagado: no h mensagens novas no correio de voz. Quando o correio de voz for acessado, ser exibida no display a mensagem:
Correio de voz A tecla Correio permanecer acesa at que a chamada seja desligada. Se aps acessar o correio as mensagens no forem ouvidas, o PABX voltar a inform-lo da existncia da mensagem atravs do LED da tecla Correio, que voltar a permanecer aceso. Se a mensagem do correio for ouvida atravs de outro ramal, o terminal apagar automaticamente o LED da tecla Correio. Obs.: o Correio de voz um acessrio das centrais Impacta. 4.13. Cadeado Permite bloquear o ramal para que no possa gerar chamadas externas. Para programar o cadeado, pressione a tecla que foi programada para esta funo. Neste caso, o terminal ser programado com a modalidade de cadeado com bloqueio total. Para programar o cadeado com opes intermedirias como, por exemplo, bloqueio apenas de chamadas DDI, deve-se acessar as programaes de ramais atravs do menu de configuraes do terminal. 20 Se o ramal onde est instalado o terminal estiver programado com a opo para requisitar senha, ser solicitada a senha do ramal. O display exibe um aviso de que o ramal est bloqueado:
Ramal programado com cadeado O ramal com a facilidade cadeado programada receber tom de discar interno com advertncia (tom contnuo seguido de bipes a cada segundo). Para liberar o ramal, pressione novamente a tecla programada como cadeado. Mais uma vez, se a opo requer senha estiver habilitada, o display ir solicitar que seja digitada a senha do ramal. Senha de acesso para desprogramar o cadeado Aps digitar a senha, o terminal emite um bipe, confirmando a operao. O indicador luminoso da tecla pode apresentar os estados:
LED aceso: ramal com cadeado. LED apagado: ramal sem cadeado. Acesso a chefe-secretria Para executar a facilidade Chefe-Secretria, basta o usurio pressionar a tecla que foi programada como tal. Ser exibido no display a mensagem referente a uma chamada interna. O indicador luminoso da tecla pode apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED piscando: ramal chefe-secretria chamando. LED aceso: ramal chefe-secretria ocupado. LED apagado: ramal chefe-secretria livre. Monitorar ramal Permite realizar monitorao de ambiente, em um ramal que esteja programado com esta facilidade. O usurio que deseja chamar o ramal a ser monitorado, dever pressionar a tecla programada com esta funo. Se o ramal desejado estiver em estado de monitorao e livre (somente um ramal pode monitorar outro simultaneamente), a chamada estabelecida e ser exibida a seguinte mensagem:
Ramal em conversao 21 Enquanto esta facilidade estiver ativa, o usurio poder, alm de escutar, conversar com quem est no ambiente monitorado. Se o ramal que est sendo monitorado for um terminal, ser exibida a mensagem:
Monitoramento de ramal ativado Para acessar esta facilidade preciso ter categoria no PABX Para desativar a monitorao no necessria nenhuma programao, basta colocar o fone no gancho ou pressionar a tecla Viva-voz. O indicador luminoso da tecla pode apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED aceso: monitorao ativada. LED apagado: monitorao desativada. Interfone chefe-secretria Permite a comunicao direta entre chefe e secretria. O interfone chefe-secretria faz com que o ramal da secretria ou o do chefe seja atendido automaticamente (ativa o viva-voz com mute acionado), permitindo a comunicao imediata entre ambos. Para utilizar o interfone chefe-secretria, basta o usurio pressionar a tecla que foi programada como tal. Ser exibida no display a mensagem referente a uma chamada interna. O indicador luminoso da tecla pode apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED aceso: chefe (ou secretria) ocupado. LED apagado: chefe (ou secretria) livre. Discagem de qualquer sequncia de dgitos Permite que seja discada qualquer sequncia de dgitos numricos previamente programados na tecla. Para programar consulte o item Configurar tecla para discar qualquer sequncia de dgitos. Acessar agenda do PABX Permite consultar a agenda coletiva do PABX. Acesso ao servio de busca pessoa um servio que conecta o PABX a um sistema de alto-falante, permitindo que voc anuncie sua mensagem. O ramal deve ter categoria que permita o acesso ao servio busca pessoa. Para utilizar o busca pessoa, pressione a tecla que foi programada como tal. O display exibir uma mensagem indicando que o terminal est acessando o busca pessoa. A partir deste momento o ramal est ligado ao servio de busca pessoa. O indicador luminoso da tecla pode apresentar os seguintes estados:
LED aceso: busca pessoa ligado. LED apagado: busca pessoa desligado. Estacionamento de chamada Caso uma chamada externa esteja em andamento, pode-se estacionar esta chamada de modo que ela fique disponvel para todos os terminais. Colocando uma chamada no estacionamento: durante uma chamada, pressione a tecla programada como Estacionar chamada, na sequncia coloque o monofone no gancho, desligue o viva-voz ou headset. Neste momento, o PABX enviar tom de chamada, sendo necessrio desocupar o ramal para completar a operao. A chamada ficar retida no estacionamento por 3 minutos e o indicador luminoso da tecla dedicada correspondente linha piscar em todos os terminais que a tiverem programado. 22 Ativa autoatendimento Esta facilidade permite atender as chamadas automaticamente. Quando chegar uma chamada para o terminal, este emite um bipe e atende automaticamente a chamada pelo viva-voz ( necessrio verificar se com o headset o autoatendimento no habilita o headset automaticamente). LED piscando: autoatendimento ativado. LED apagado: autoatendimento desativado. Controle de volume de udio, volume de campainhas e contraste do display Permite aumentar ou diminuir o volume de udio, campainhas e contraste do display. Ajustes com o terminal em operao Permite ajustar o volume de recepo do fone, do viva-voz, e o volume de recepo e transmisso do headset. Tambm permite o ajuste do volume da campainha de chamada na fila. Em qualquer dos ajustes, em repouso ou em operao, aps 3 segundos sem pressionar qualquer uma das teclas
, , eo terminal volta para o estado de operao anterior, ficando registrado o nvel selecionado. Se a tecla nvel selecionado.
, ou a tecla Ok for pressionada, o terminal volta para o estado de operao anterior, ficando registrado o Ajustes com o terminal em repouso Permite ajustar o volume de campainha e contraste do display. Ajuste do contraste: pressione a tecla Menu, selecione a opo Perfil e ento selecione Contraste. Atravs das teclas do cursor ajuste para a intensidade desejada. Ajuste do volume da campainha: pressione a tecla Menu, selecione a opo Perfil, seguido da opo Configurao de campainha e ento selecione Volume. Atravs das teclas do cursor ajuste para o volume desejado. Bloqueio de teclado Permite bloquear o teclado do terminal. Com o terminal em repouso, para bloquear o teclado pressione a tecla * por 2 segundos. Aps o bloqueio, com o terminal em repouso ser exibida a seguinte mensagem:
Se o usurio pressionar alguma tecla ou acionar o gancho, ser exibida no display do terminal a mensagem temporria:
Teclado do terminal bloqueado Tecla * utilizada para desbloquear o terminal 23 Para desbloquear o teclado, basta pressionar a tecla * por 3 segundos. A mensagem ser exibida:
Teclado do terminal desbloqueado Obs.: durante o perodo em que o terminal estiver atendendo uma chamada, o teclado ser desbloqueado. Consultando a configurao das teclas programveis do terminal e dos mdulos Para uma consulta sobre a configurao de uma tecla programvel deve-se entrar no menu Configura tecla, escolher a tecla que se deseja consultar e navegar at a opo Verificar configurao de tecla. Ao entrar nessa opo, ser apresentada uma mensagem com a programao da tecla selecionada. Caso a tecla esteja sem configurao, ser exibida a mensagem:
Tecla programvel sem configurao Na primeira vez que os mdulos forem conectados ao terminal, suas teclas sero configuradas como ramal de acordo com a capacidade instalada na central. Avisos sonoros (bipes) emitidos pelo terminal Fone fora do gancho Ocorre quando o usurio retira o fone do gancho para executar uma operao e, no final da operao, esquece o fone fora do gancho (recebendo tom de ocupado do PABX). Aps 5 segundos na condio de ocupado, o PABX para de enviar o tom deixando-o mudo. Este novo estado (mudo) recebe o nome de ramal inoperante e, decorridos 2 minutos dentro desta condio, o terminal passa a gerar um bipe a cada 3 segundos, com o intuito de avisar esta condio. Obs.: padro de fbrica, Mudo. Tecla pressionada Ocorre sempre que uma tecla pressionada. Lembrete Indica um lembrete programado pelo usurio para o horrio corrente. O bipe para aviso de lembrete tem a seguinte construo: so quatro bipes sucessivos seguidos de uma pausa, sendo que esta cadncia repete-se vinte vezes. Mensagem Mensagens recebidas do PABX e outras geradas pelo prprio terminal sero avisadas atravs de bipes que ocorrem to logo a mensagem aparea no display. Obs.: O volume de cada um dos avisos sonoros definido no menu de configurao. Quando o terminal estiver em monitorao de ambiente nenhum bip ser gerado. Quando o terminal estiver em programao, agenda ou chamadas, os nicos bipes possveis sero: bipe de tecla pressionada, bipe de lembrete ou bipe de mensagem. 24 Mensagens durante a inicializao do terminal e ocorrncia de falhas Mensagens durante a inicializao do terminal As seguintes mensagens so exibidas de forma sequencial durante a inicializao do terminal:
Terminal inicializando Mensagens de falha durante a inicializao do terminal Mensagem que indica que o terminal no pode ser iniciado pois o PABX j est operando com o nmero mximo permitido de Terminais Inteligentes:
Nmero mximo de terminais na central conectados Mensagens de falha e manuteno durante a operao Esta mensagem aparecer quando a memria reservada para as teclas (discagem para o PABX) estiver cheia e as eventuais teclas pressionadas estiverem sendo ignoradas. Pode ocorrer se uma quantidade excessiva de teclas forem pressionadas. Esta mensagem aparece quando as informaes enviadas do PABX para o terminal estiverem incorretas. Presena de rudos ou de problemas na conexo entre terminal e PABX pelo canal serial podem ser a causa. Memria reservada para as teclas est cheia Problemas na comunicao do terminal com o PABX 25 Esta mensagem aparecer quando o terminal no estiver recebendo quaisquer informaes do PABX (perda de comunicao). Terminal sem comunicao com o PABX 5. Agenda O terminal possui uma agenda alfanumrica que permite registrar nmeros internos e externos, bem como o nome associado a cada nmero. A memria da agenda tem capacidade para 100 (cem) registros, contendo:
Nome com at 16 caracteres. Tipo de campainha (10 opes). Discagem rpida (10 opes, sendo associadas s teclas numricas do teclado alfanumrico). Rota de sada (10 opes). Nmero de telefone, que pode ser, interno (10 dgitos) ou externo (19 dgitos, incluindo Pausa, * e #). A agenda consultada em todas as chamadas recebidas e caso o nmero esteja armazenado, o nome do usurio ser apresentado no display do terminal. Para realizar chamadas, pode-se consultar um nome da agenda e chamar o nmero automaticamente. 5.1. Acessando a agenda O acesso agenda feito atravs da tecla de seleo associada ao smbolo
. Quando a agenda acessada, o primeiro registro apresentado no display e a agenda est no Modo de consulta. Ser apresentado no display o menu, acessando as teclas de seleo:
Editar: alterar o registro que est selecionado no display do terminal. Novo: incluir um novo registro. Discar: disca para o nmero do registro na agenda. Apagar: apaga campo ou registro selecionado. Algumas caractersticas gerais em relao ao uso da agenda so:
O acesso agenda pode ocorrer com o terminal em estado de repouso ou em operao. No permitido o acesso agenda quando o terminal estiver em uma chamada em andamento. A tecla Ok permite ir para a tela seguinte, ou confirmar a operao em andamento. A tecla As teclas, , epermitem posicionar o cursor nos campos desejados. A tecla de seleo Apagar permite apagar o caractere onde se encontra o cursor ou o registro selecionado. Para a insero de caracteres na agenda, utiliza-se o teclado alfanumrico do telefone. Para cada tecla, so associadas permite ir para a tela anterior, ou sair da operao em andamento. duas ou mais letras. Para selecionar uma letra, pressione a tecla com a letra vrias vezes. Exemplo: para a tecla com o nmero 2 temos associadas as letras a, b e c. Para entrar com a letra b pressione a tecla 2 vezes. 5.2. Ordem dos caracteres na agenda A agenda est estruturada em ordem alfanumrica. A ordem de localizao dos nomes na agenda obedece seguinte prioridade: - a - b - c - d - e - f - g - h - i - j - k - l - m - n - o - p - q - r - s - t - u - v - w - x - y - z - 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9. O espao em branco exibido acima tem prioridade sobre qualquer outro caractere inclusive o a. Assim o nome Rose Meri aparece antes do nome Rosemeri. Obs.: o primeiro caractere do nome deve ser diferente de nmero e de espao em branco. 26 5.3. Incluso de um novo registro na agenda A incluso de um novo registro na agenda pode ocorrer em 2 situaes distintas:
Incluso de um novo registro atravs do menu da agenda. Incluso de registro, com nmero proveniente da lista de chamadas recebidas ou originadas. 5.4. Incluso de novo registro a partir do menu da agenda 1. Pressione a tecla de seleo referente a agenda
. O terminal exibir o primeiro registro e o menu da agenda atravs das teclas de seleo;
2. Pressione a tecla de seleo Novo. Ser exibida a tela para insero do nome;
3. Digite o nome desejado no teclado alfanumrico;
O primeiro caractere do nome deve ser diferente de nmero e de espao em branco. Se for digitado errado, ser exibida a tela temporria:
Primeiro caractere do registro deve ser letra Aps digitar o nome desejado, pressione a tecla . Ateno: caso existam registros gravados com mesmo nome, ser apresentado, no momento que uma chamada for recebida, o primeiro registro encontrado na agenda. 4. Digite o nmero desejado atravs do teclado alfanumrico;
O cdigo da prestadora pode ser inserido entre os caracteres ( ). Estes caracteres podem ser acessados atravs da tecla *. Na edio do nmero da agenda, alm do cdigo da prestadora podem ser inclusos cdigos genricos atravs do caractere ?. No momento da discagem o software reconhece a sequncia de caracteres ? e solicita a incluso do cdigo desejado. 5. Selecione o tipo de toque, a tecla de discagem rpida (atalho), e a rota de sada. Use as teclas e para navegar nos campos;
Toque: permite 10 melodias de campainha. Atalho: permite a discagem rpida atravs das 10 teclas numricas do teclado numrico (0 a 9). Se este campo ficar em branco, significa no associar tecla ao registro. Rota: permite selecionar a rota de sada para a discagem do registro. Se deixar em branco este campo, significa no associar rota ao registro. Ateno: caso o usurio esteja cadastrando um ramal, o campo Rota deve ser deixado em branco, pois deste modo o terminal ir entender que se trata de um nmero interno do PABX. Depois de configurar estes itens, pressione a tecla Ok para ir aos campos de edio do nmero. 6. Aps a edio do nome, nmero, toque, atalho e rota. Se a tecla Ok for pressionada a edio finalizada armazenando o contato em memria e a mensagem temporria, indicando a situao da agenda, apresentada. Na sequncia o terminal retorna ao menu Agenda. 5.5. Incluso de registro, com nmero proveniente da lista de chamadas recebidas ou originadas O procedimento para incluso do registro o mesmo descrito na seo anterior. O que difere neste caso que o nmero a ser inserido ser proveniente da lista de chamadas originadas ou recebidas que ficam armazenas no terminal. Caber ao usurio, editar o nmero que ser apresentado para inserir o cdigo de prestadora ou cdigos genricos, quando os mesmos forem necessrios. Para iniciar o procedimento, quando um registro da lista de chamadas estiver sendo consultado, pressione a tecla de seleo
. O terminal entrar automaticamente no menu da agenda, na opo de incluso. 27 5.6. Consulta dos registros da agenda do terminal Ao pressionar a tecla de seleo de consulta. O primeiro registro (ordem alfabtica) da agenda exibido.
, o terminal apresentar o menu da agenda, entrando, automaticamente no modo Para consultar um registro o usurio tem as seguintes opes:
Atravs da tecla de navegao para baixo , pode-se fazer a pesquisa em ordem alfabtica crescente (de A a Z); ou com a tecla para cima , no sentido inverso (de Z a A). Pressionando a tecla da primeira letra do nome procurado, sero exibidos os registros que iniciarem com a letra escolhida. Caso no exista um nome iniciando com a letra digitada, a pesquisa ocorrer com as letras subsequentes. No modo de consulta, os caracteres digitados provocam pesquisa na agenda. 5.7. Edio dos registros da agenda Os registros da agenda podem ser editados. Para tanto, deve-se entrar no menu da agenda atravs da tecla de seleo e no modo de consulta selecionar o registro a ser editado. Com o registro selecionado utiliza-se a tecla de seleo Editar para entrar no modo de edio e verificar/alterar o nome selecionado. Com o cursor posicionado (teclas,), o caractere escolhido pode ser trocado por outro (letras/dgitos do teclado alfanumrico). No modo de edio, a tecla de seleo Apagar, apaga o caractere onde se encontra o cursor. Aps alterar o nome, pressione a tecla Ok para editar o nmero registrado. Todos os valores do registro podem ser editados com procedimento similar ao realizado na insero de novos registros. Aps editar o nmero e as informaes de campainha, discagem rpida e rota, pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para concluir a edio do registro. Ser exibida por 2 segundos uma tela indicando o estado da agenda. 5.8. Excluso de um registro da agenda Permite excluir individualmente os registros da agenda. O primeiro passo selecionar o registro a ser apagado. Deve-se e no modo de consulta selecionar o registro a ser apagado. entrar no menu da agenda atravs da tecla de seleo Com o nome selecionado, pressione a tecla de seleo Apagar para excluir o registro. Em seguida, ser exibida uma tela solicitando confirmao:
Pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a excluso do registro. Opo para apagar um registro da agenda Pressione a tecla de seleo Voltar para cancelar a operao. Na sequncia, o terminal volta a apresentar o menu Agenda. 5.9. Consulta a agenda coletiva do PABX Permite consultar a agenda coletiva do PABX. O usurio pode acessar a agenda Interna ou Externa atravs do menu do terminal na opo Agenda interna PABX ou Agenda externa PABX, ou atravs das teclas programveis. Para configurar uma tecla programvel com tal funo, siga o procedimento:
1. Pressione a tecla programvel como Agenda PABX. O terminal entrar no menu de consulta das agendas do PABX;
2. Atravs das teclas e selecione a opo Agenda interna ou Agenda externa, e pressione a tecla Ok. Em seguida a lista de registros da agenda selecionada ser exibida (primeiro nome ordem alfabtica);
3. Pesquise o nome desejado;
Atravs da tecla , pode-se fazer a pesquisa em ordem alfabtica (de A a Z); ou com a tecla , no sentido inverso (de Z a A). 28 4. Com o nmero selecionado, pressione a tecla de seleo Discar para iniciar a discagem;
5. Para gravar o nome/nmero consultado da agenda do PABX na agenda do terminal:
Aps selecionar o nome na agenda do PABX, pressione a tecla de seleo
. Nesta situao, o terminal entra diretamente na opo de incluso de registro na agenda do terminal, sendo exibida a tela com o nome selecionado na pesquisa da agenda do PABX. Os procedimentos seguintes so os mesmos descritos para os demais casos de incluso do nmero na agenda, com a seleo de tipo de toque, discagem rpida (atalho) e rota de sada. O nmero do telefone j estar preenchido com o valor da agenda do PABX, cabendo ao usurio edit-lo, se necessrio. 5.10. Operao da agenda quando o PABX estiver em subsistema Para o caso do terminal ser instalado em um ramal de um PABX que subsistema de um outro PABX, so necessrias certas observaes em relao aos nmeros gravados na agenda. Para inserir na agenda o nmero do ramal B2, o procedimento no muda, ou seja, basta gravar o nmero de B1, sem definio de rota (ramal interno). Para inserir na agenda o nmero do ramal A3, deve-se definir uma rota de acesso, pois o nmero de A3 externo ao PABX B. Para inserir na agenda um nmero externo ao sistema, alm de definir a rota (do PABX B), deve-se acrescentar na agenda, antes do nmero externo, o nmero da rota do PABX (0, 81, 82, ...). Caracteres de pausa (,) so necessrios para que o TI aguarde a tomada do circuito tronco antes de continuar a discagem. Exemplo: agenda do TI com nmero externo interurbano utilizando a rota 0 do PABX A:
0 _ 0 X X 4 8 3 2 8 1 9 5 0 0 29 5.11. Chamadas originadas atravs da agenda Aps selecionar o registro desejado na agenda, pressione a tecla de seleo Discar para iniciar a discagem. Se a consulta agenda ocorreu com o monofone no gancho, o terminal aciona o viva-voz, se o headset estiver conectado este ser acionado, e posteriormente discar para o nmero selecionado (exibindo as informaes referentes chamada), saindo do modo de consulta da agenda. Se a consulta agenda ocorreu com o monofone fora do gancho, o terminal discar o nmero selecionado (exibindo as informaes referentes chamada), saindo do modo de consulta da agenda. Caso o ramal esteja inapto, o terminal retoma o tom de discagem antes de discar o nmero. 5.12. Discagem rpida (atalho) Para efetuar a discagem rpida, voc dever associar as teclas de 0 a 9 com os nmeros telefnicos da agenda. Com o monofone fora do gancho, viva voz/headset ativado, ou com o terminal em repouso, mantenha pressionada a tecla correspondente ao nmero desejado (0 a 9) por 2 segundos, at que o nome/nmero seja apresentado no display. 6. Chamadas Uma facilidade de grande utilidade do terminal o armazenamento das chamadas recebidas e originadas, e das mensagens recebidas, permitindo a consulta e o retorno das chamadas. 6.1. Capacidade de armazenamento O terminal possui uma memria com capacidade para armazenamento de at:
30 chamadas no atendidas. 30 chamadas atendidas. 30 chamadas originadas. 5 mensagens recebidas. 6.2. Indicador de chamadas A indicao de que existem chamadas e ou mensagens registradas na memria d-se atravs do indicador luminoso do terminal e mensagens. Indicador luminoso: aceso, indica que h chamada(s) no atendida(s) ou mensagem(ns) no vista(s) na memria. Apagado, significa que todas as chamadas/mensagens registradas foram vistas. 6.3. Acesso ao registro de chamadas O acesso aos registros de chamadas feito atravs da tecla de seleo registradas, armazenar o registro na agenda, e realizar uma chamada para o nmero selecionado. Pode-se consultar e ou apagar as chamadas A tecla de seleo
(registro de chamadas) acessa as seguintes opes:
No atendidas. No atendidas PABX (somente para o terminal instalado em ramal com funo de operadora). Atendidas. Originadas. Apagar todos registros. Obs.: o acesso s programaes para configurar o tipo de chamada que deve ser registrada e a sinalizao visual (LED) dos registros da lista de chamadas feita atravs do menu de programao. Algumas caractersticas gerais em relao ao uso das listas de chamadas so:
Acesso lista de chamadas pode ocorrer com o terminal em repouso ou em operao. No permitido o acesso s listas de chamadas quando o terminal estiver em uma chamada em andamento. A lista de chamadas externas recebidas estar disponvel no terminal somente se o PABX puder identificar o nmero do chamador. 30 Caso no exista nenhum registro de chamada ou mensagem, ser exibida a mensagem:
No h ligaes registradas na lista selecionada Qualquer que seja o tipo de chamada escolhida o terminal exibe o nmero existente de chamadas na memria por 2 segundos. Para obter maiores informaes sobre as ligaes recebidas ou efetuadas pressione a tecla Ok sobre um registro. Sero apresentadas informaes como, data, durao, nmero, dependendo da lista que o usurio esteja consultando e do registro do nmero na agenda. 6.4. Consulta lista de mensagens Para consultar as mensagens disponveis no terminal, pressione a tecla Menu e na sequncia selecione a opo Mensagens. Dentro do menu Mensagens, selecione a opo Correio de mensagens, no qual ser exibida uma tela temporria indicando o nmero de registros armazenados e em seguida a mensagem com a data mais recente. Para selecionar as demais mensagens, basta navegar com as teclas ou . 6.5. Incluso do nmero consultado na agenda do terminal Aps consultar a lista de chamadas originadas, recebidas atendidas e no atendidas, o nmero selecionado pode ser incluso na agenda do terminal pressionando a tecla de seleo
. Nesta situao, o terminal entra diretamente na opo de incluso de registro na agenda do terminal. 6.6. Chamadas originadas atravs da lista de chamadas Para retornar para um nmero armazenado na lista de chamadas, basta selecionar o nmero que deseja efetuar a ligao e pressionar a opo Discar. Obs.: na iniciao, o terminal recebe do PABX a lista de rotas de sada liberadas para o ramal. Atravs dessa lista, configura uma rota padro (rota geral) para ser usada na discagem pela lista de chamadas. Se o usurio quiser uma rota diferente, dever acessar o item Chamadas no Menu de Programao. A rota selecionada ser usada em todas as discagens feitas pela lista de chamadas. 6.7. Selecionando e editando o registro de uma chamada recebida ou originada Os registros de chamadas, atendidas, no atendidas ou originadas, podem necessitar ser editados para permitir a execuo de uma chamada de retorno, inserindo-se, por exemplo, o cdigo de prestadora. Aps entrar no menu correspondente (chamada atendida, no atendida ou originada) e com o nome ou nmero selecionado na tela, o usurio tem a opo de realizar edio no nmero do registro. Se desejar editar o nmero, pressione a tecla de seleo Editar. Neste momento, o nmero permanece no display, permitindo ao usurio editar, incluir cdigo de prestadora ou outro cdigo qualquer. Para concluir a edio pressione a tecla de seleo Ok. Para apagar o caractere onde se encontra o cursor, selecione a tecla de seleo Apagar. As teclas , ,oupermitem posicionar o cursor nos campos desejados. No caso de realizar a discagem sem a necessidade de editar o nmero selecionado, pressione a tecla de seleo Discar. O terminal realizar automaticamente a chamada. Na incluso do cdigo de prestadora o usurio pode digitar manualmente. 31 7. Programao de ramal O TI 5000 disponibiliza uma interface de alto nvel para as programaes de ramal do PABX. 7.1. Senha do ramal Permite incluir ou alterar a senha do ramal. Como acessar:
1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Senha utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Procure por Alterar/Incluir senha utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok. Para cadastrar a senha pela primeira vez Digite a senha desejada e pressione a tecla Ok. Para alterar a senha j cadastrada Digite a senha atual (que deseja alterar) na primeira linha e a nova senha na segunda linha e pressione a tecla Ok. 7.2. Habilitar senha do ramal para acesso ao sub menu Facilidades e menu aes Esta programao define se o terminal deve exigir ou no a senha do ramal para acessar o submenu Facilidades de programaes e o menu Aes. Como acessar:
1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Senha do ramal utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Procure por Habilitar/Desabilitar senha utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok;
5. Se a opo for de ativao e a senha no estiver programada, ser exibida a tela de cadastro de senha;
6. Deve-se primeiro programar a senha para depois ativar a senha para acesso ao menu principal. Padro de fbrica: senha desativada. 7.3. Desvios O usurio pode programar um ramal ou um telefone externo, para atender as chamadas nos perodos em que no puder ou preferir no atend-las. 1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Desvios utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Utilize as teclas e para visualizar as opes de desvio:

Pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a programao. 32 7.5. Desvio se no atende Opes para este menu:
Se no atende para ramal: selecione o campo com o nmero de segundos (10 a 80) que a chamada ir tocar antes de ser desviada e preencha o nmero do ramal desejado. Se no atende para nmero externo: selecione o campo com o nmero de segundos (10 a 80) que a chamada ir tocar antes de ser desviada, selecione a Rota e preencha o campo com o nmero externo desejado. Se no atende para VoIP: selecione o campo com o nmero de segundos (10 a 80) que a chamada ir tocar antes de ser desviada e preencha o campo com o nmero VoIP desejado. Se no atende para grupo de ramal: selecione o campo com o nmero de segundos (10 a 80) que a chamada ir tocar antes de ser desviada e preencher o nmero do grupo do ramal. Se no atende para correio de voz: selecione o campo com o nmero de segundos (10 a 80) que a chamada ir tocar antes de ser desviada. Pressione a tecla de seleo SIM para confirmar a programao. Cancela desvio se no atende: ser exibida uma mensagem de confirmao. Pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a programao. 7.6. Desvio sempre Opes para este menu:
Sempre para ramal: preencha o nmero do ramal desejado. Sempre para nmero externo: selecione a Rota e preencha o campo com o nmero externo desejado. Sempre para VoIP: preencha o campo com o nmero VoIP desejado. Sempre para grupo: escolha o nmero do grupo do ramal. Sempre para correio de voz: pressione a tecla Ok para confirmar. Ser exibida uma mensagem de confirmao. Cancela desvio sempre: ser exibida uma mensagem de confirmao. Pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a programao. 7.7. Desvio de chamada externa direta Pode-se bloquear o terminal para no receber chamadas externas diretamente atravs do DDR ou atendimento automtico. No caso de no aceit-las, pode-se programar um desvio para ramal ou nmero externo. Opes para este menu:
Se ocupado para ramal: escolha o nmero do ramal. Se ocupado para nmero externo: selecione a Rota e preencha o campo com o nmero externo desejado. Se ocupado para VoIP: preencha o campo com o nmero VoIP desejado. Se ocupado para grupo de ramal: escolha o nmero do grupo do ramal. Se ocupado para correio de voz: pressione a tecla Ok para confirmar. Cancela desvio chamada externa direta: ser exibida uma mensagem de confirmao. Pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a programao. 7.8. Cadeado Pode-se programar o terminal para no realizar chamadas externas, bloqueando o tipo de chamada selecionada (fixo ou celular). O ramal com a facilidade cadeado programado receber tom de discar interno com advertncia (tom contnuo seguido de bipes a cada segundo). Para programar qualquer tipo de cadeado:
1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Cadeado utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Procure pela opo desejada de cadeado:
Cadeado DDI. Cadeado DDD. Cadeado Regional. Cadeado Local. 33 Cadeado Celular DDI. Cadeado Celular DDD. Cadeado Celular Regional. Cadeado Celular Local. Cadeado Total. Cancela Todos Cadeados. 5. Para cada uma das opes, com exceo da ltima, pode-se escolher entre Habilitar ou Desabilitar o cadeado posicionando o cursor com as teclas e pressionando a tecla Ok. Aps a opo a tela volta para a escolha de outro tipo de cadeado;
6. Para cancelar todos os cadeados, selecione a opo Cancelar todos cadeados e pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a programao. Obs.: o cadeado pode ser ativado e desativado atravs de uma tecla programvel do terminal, configurada para tal. Neste caso, apenas a opo total executada e se a programao Senha do Ramal estiver ativa, a senha ser solicitada. 7.9. Hotline Hotline uma facilidade programada no ramal para a realizao de chamadas automticas para ramais, nmeros VoIP ou nmeros externos. Basta o usurio retirar o fone do gancho que a chamada ser realizada automaticamente para o nmero desejado, aps um perodo de tempo definido na programao (0 a 7 segundos). Se o tempo definido for de 0 segundo (Hotline sem retardo) o ramal s far chamadas para o nmero programado. Quando o tempo definido for de 1 a 7 segundos, o PABX aguarda este perodo para que o usurio faa uma chamada diferente da programada. Uma outra modalidade de Hotline o Hotline rota, ou seja, o usurio retira o fone do gancho e tem acesso (0 a 7 segundos) a uma das linhas da rota programada. Para tanto, basta programar um Hotline externo e no definir o nmero desejado. 7.10. Para programar Hotline 1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Hotline utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Utilize as teclas ou para escolha entre Para Ramal, Para Rota, Para Nmero Externo e Para VoIP. Pressione a tecla Ok:
Para ramal: preencha o campo com nmero do ramal desejado e definir o tempo de retardo (0 a 7 segundos). Para nmero externo: selecione o campo com o nmero da rota desejada. Preencha o nmero externo desejado e defina o tempo de retardo (0 a 7 segundos). Para rota: selecione o campo com o nmero da rota desejada e defina o tempo de retardo (0 a 7 segundos). Para VoIP: preencha o campo com nmero VoIP desejado e defina o tempo de retardo (0 a 7 segundos). 7.11. Para desprogramar Hotline 1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Hotline utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Procure por Cancelar todos utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok. Se existir algum Hotline programado, ser exibida a seguinte mensagem:
Pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a programao. Cancelar programao de Hotline 34 7.12. Despertador Para programar qualquer tipo de despertador:
1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Despertador utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok. Utilize as teclas e para visualizar as opes de Despertador, que podem ser:
Desperta hoje: utilizando as teclas e preencha os campos com a hora e o minuto que deseja ser despertado e pressione a tecla Ok. O despertador tocar no horrio programado. Desperta todos os dia: utilizando as teclas e preencha os campos com a hora e o minuto que deseja ser despertado e pressione a tecla Ok. O despertador tocar no horrio programado. Desperta a cada perodo: utilizando as teclas e preencha os campos com a hora e o minuto em que deseja ser despertado periodicamente e pressione a tecla Ok. O despertador tocar em perodos pr-programados, como por exemplo: intervalos de 2 horas; 3 horas, 4 horas, etc. O perodo ter incio no momento em que a programao for efetuada. Obs.: o perodo mnimo de 5 minutos. Desperta nos dias teis: utilizando as teclas e preencha os campos com a hora e o minuto que deseja ser despertado nos dias teis e pressione a tecla Ok. O despertador tocar no horrio programado somente nos dias teis. Para o funcionamento deste tipo de despertador os dias teis e os feriados devero ser previamente programados no PABX. Cancelar todos: pressione a tecla Ok. Na sequncia ser exibida a mensagem de confirmao. Pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a programao. Cancelar programao de despertador O terminal permite a programao de apenas um tipo de despertador por vez. Se for programar um tipo de despertador e j existir outro programado, ser feito o cancelamento da programao existente. 7.13. Ramal telemarketing Esta facilidade tem como funo habilitar um ramal para no receber bipes durante uma intercalao, ou seja, quando um outro usurio entra na chamada em curso. Para programar:
1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Ramal Telemarketing utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok para programar;
4. Atravs das teclas e, selecione o item Habilitado;
5. Pressione a tecla Ok para confirmar. Para desprogramar:
1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Ramal Telemarketing utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok para programar;
4. Atravs das teclas e, selecione o item Desabilitado;
5. Pressione a tecla de seleo Ok para confirmar a programao. 35 7.14. Programando o calendrio do PABX Permite programar o calendrio (Data e Hora) do PABX. Obs.: o usurio s poder executar esta programao quando o terminal estiver instalado num ramal com categoria de mesa operadora. 1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Configurar Calendrio do PABX utilizando as teclas e , e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Digite atravs do teclado alfanumrico a Data e a Hora. Utilize a tecla de seleo Apaga para apagar o campo selecionado pelo cursor. Pressione Ok para confirmar a programao. 7.15. Sensor de movimento Com o sensor de movimento possvel detectar movimentos de pessoas distantes at seis metros. possvel configurar uma tecla programvel para acesso funo, quatro opes de alarme, senha de acesso e temporizaes para entrada e sada da zona de deteco. Para utilizar o sensor de movimento inicialmente necessrio configurar uma tecla programvel, que ter como funcionalidades ativar/desativar o sensor de movimento e sinalizar o estado de funcionamento. Configurao da tecla programvel:
1. Para configurar, pressione a tecla de seleo Menu e, utilizando as teclas ou , selecione a opo Facilidades;
2. Utilizando as teclas , mova o cursor at a opo Sensor de movimento e pressione Ok;
3. Aps entrar no menu indicado, acesse a opo Conf. tecla programvel e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Ser apresentada no display a mensagem Escolha a tecla programvel e pressione a tecla programvel desejada. Ir apresentar no display a mensagem Programao realizada com sucesso. 5. Pressione a tecla de atalho onde foi programado o sensor de movimento para ativ-lo. Caso o seu produto possua sensor de movimento. Temporizao possvel configurar os tempos de entrada e sada da zona de deteco do sensor de movimento. Estes tempos so utilizados para neutralizar o acionamento aps a Ativao ou durante a Desativao, sem que ocorra um disparo indesejado. Configurao dos tempos de acionamento:
1. Em Sensor de movimento, mova o cursor com as teclas ou at a opo Temporizaes e pressione Ok;
2. Configure os tempos de Desativar Aps* e Ativar Aps* (entre 0 e 99 segundos) utilizando o teclado numrico;
3. Aps configurado, pressione Ok. Obs.: Ativar aps: tempo para sair da zona de deteco sem disparar o alarme. Desativar aps: tempo para entrar na zona de deteco sem disparar o alarme. Acionamento alarme Existem quatro opes de acionamento de alarme, Enviar Msg SMS, Atuao externa, Discar nmero, Ring terminal. possvel programar at 3 opes de acionamento simultaneamente, sendo que as opes Discar nmero e Ring terminal no podem ser configuradas em conjunto. Quando mais de uma opo estiver habilitada, o acionamento dos alarmes ocorrer sequencialmente em intervalos de 5 segundos. Configurao dos acionamentos 1. Em Sensor de movimento, mova o cursor com as teclas ou at a opo Acionamento alarme e pressione Ok;
2. Configure os acionamentos desejados utilizando as teclas ,,,e o teclado alfanumrico. Para cancelar uma configurao j programada, selecione a opo presente no menu Acionamento alarme e pressione a tecla de seleo Apagar. Obs.: a utilizao de mensagem SMS s possvel quando o terminal est conectado nas centrais Impacta que pos-
suam placas GSM. Senha de acesso A configurao de senha presente no menu Sensor de movimento serve para proteger a desativao do sensor. Para ativar a senha do sensor de movimento necessrio que a senha do ramal j esteja programada. 36 Configurao para habilitar a senha do sensor de movimento:
1. Em Sensor de movimento, mova o cursor com as teclas ou at a opo Senha do ramal e pressione Ok;
2. Habilite ou desabilite a senha utilizando as teclas ou;
3. Aps configurado, pressione Ok. Utilizando o sensor de movimento Aps configurar a tecla programvel, os tempos de acionamento e os tipos de disparos, possvel utilizar o sensor de movimento. Para ativ-lo pressione a tecla programvel configurada para esta funo. Neste momento a mensagem Sensor de Movimento Ativado ser apresentada. Ao acionar o sensor de movimento o LED da tecla programvel passa a piscar, indicando que a funo est ativa. Aps a ativao do sensor possvel sair da zona de deteco durante o tempo configurado na opo Ativar aps. Ao detectar um movimento, o LED da tecla programvel muda o estado para aceso e passa a executar os acionamentos pr-programados. Para desativar o acionamento, basta pressionar novamente a tecla programvel para efetuar o desbloqueio da funo. Obs.: com a funo ativa o teclado do TI 5000 bloqueado. Para voltar a utilizar o terminal normalmente, pressione novamente a tecla programada para a funo. Importante: as funes referente ao sensor de movimento, ndice 7.15., s estaro disponveis se o seu produto possuir o sensor de movimento instalado. 8. Mensagens Existem trs tipos de mensagens: as Mensagens Personalizadas e as Mensagens de Aviso, que permitem que ramais com Terminais Inteligentes (TIs) enviem mensagens de texto para outros ramais que tambm tenham terminais instalados, e ainda as Mensagens SMS, que podem ser enviadas de Terminais Inteligentes (TIs) para telefones celulares
(verifique se seu PABX possui essa facilidade e se o mesmo possui placa GSM). 8.1. Mensagens personalizadas As mensagens personalizadas so escritas e enviadas para um ramal determinado. 1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Mensagem e pressione a tecla Ok;

suam placas GSM. 38 9. Lembrete Lembretes so pequenas mensagens que o usurio pode programar, para que o terminal possa exibir no seu display conforme a data e hora marcada para sua exibio. O lembrete pode ser programado para ser apresentado uma nica vez ou ser repetido a cada perodo definido. Na data e horrio programados, o aparelho ir emitir bipes de lembrete por 30 segundos e o texto ser exibido no display do terminal. Para sair dessa funo, pressione qualquer tecla ou retire o fone do gancho. Este aparelho permite a programao de 5 lembretes com texto e data/hora de aviso. 9.1. Incluir um novo lembrete 1. Pressione a tecla Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;

(Um bipe a cada 3 segundos): ocorre quando o monofone esquecido fora do gancho. Se o fone no for colocado no gancho, aps 2 minutos sero emitidos os bipes. Padro de fbrica: mudo.
(Trs bipes): ocorrem quando existe algum alarme presente. O alarme ocorre quando a central em que o terminal est instalado muda do estado diurno para noturno. Padro de fbrica: volume baixo.
(Quatro bipes seguidos de uma pausa podendo se repetir at 20 vezes): ocorrem quando existe algum lembrete programado para este horrio. Padro de fbrica: volume alto. Quando o terminal estiver em programao, agenda ou consultando a lista de chamadas, os nicos bipes possveis sero:

Para o uso do cdigo de conta, deve-se ativar o servio, e definir a conta e/ou senha a ser utilizada no software de programao do PABX. Definindo o cdigo de conta e senha Para configurar o cdigo de conta siga o seguinte procedimento:
1. Pressione a tecla de seleo Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Facilidades atravs das teclas e . Pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Cdigo de Conta e pressione a tecla Ok;

Ativando o cdigo de conta Para ativar a utilizao de cdigo de conta nas chamadas realizadas pelo TI, siga o procedimento:

. 10.12. Tecla capturar Permite configurar a tecla Capture para um tipo especfico de captura:
Geral: captura uma chamada que esteja tocando em qualquer ramal. Ramal: captura uma chamada de um ramal especfico. Grupo: captura uma chamada de um grupo. Estacionamento: captura uma chamada que foi colocada no estacionamento. Chefe/Secretria: captura uma chamada que esteja tocando em um ramal que faa parte do grupo Chefe/Secretria. Somente ramais que fazem parte deste grupo podero utiliz-la. Telefonista: captura uma chamada que est tocando ou na fila do ramal de operadora definido como ramal 9. Chamada retida: captura uma chamada que est retida. Para configurar a tecla capture siga o seguinte procedimento:
1. Pressione a tecla de seleo Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Perfil atravs das teclas e . Pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Procure por Tecla capturar e pressione a tecla Ok;
4. Selecione uma das opes listadas acima e pressione a tecla Ok. Tambm possvel programar a tecla Capture, pressionando a mesma por 3 segundos. Aps a configurao da tecla, basta pressionar uma vez a tecla para que a opo selecionada seja executada. 10.13. Consultar verso Permite consultar a verso do Terminal Inteligente e a verso do PABX. 1. Pressione a tecla de seleo Menu. O terminal entrar no menu principal;
2. Procure por Verses e pressione a tecla Ok;
3. Escolha a opo desejada: Verso Terminal, Verso PABX, Verso Mdulo ou Verso Placas e pressione Ok para consultar a verso. 10.14. Atualizao de firmware Havendo a necessidade de atualizar o firmware do Terminal Inteligente 5000 o usurio dever fazer o download do Programador Impacta, com verso igual ou superior a 1.10.00 ou Programador Impacta Web. Tambm necessrio que o PABX tenha verso igual ou superior a 3.20.00, alm do arquivo de firmware a ser instalado. Essa atualizao poder ser feita seguindo as instrues do programador. Ser possvel visualizar na tela do terminal o progresso da atualizao. Neste momento, o terminal permanecer indisponvel e ao retornar, as informaes de agenda e teclas programveis sero mantidas. J as listas de chamada, lembretes e mensagens sero perdidas, as configuraes do perfil retornaro ao padro de fbrica. Caso ocorra alguma eventualidade durante o processo de atualizao de firmware que impossibilite a atualizao via PABX, o terminal dever ser atualizado via comunicao serial atravs de um PC conectado fisicamente. 1. Todas as partes, peas e componentes do produto so garantidos contra eventuais vcios de fabricao, que porventura venham a apresentar, pelo prazo de 1 (um) ano, sendo este prazo de 3 (trs) meses de garantia legal mais 9 (nove) meses de garantia contratual , contado a partir da data da compra do produto pelo Senhor Consumidor, conforme consta na nota fiscal de compra do produto, que parte integrante deste Termo em todo o territrio nacional. Esta garantia contratual compreende a troca gratuita de partes, peas e componentes que apresentarem vcio de fabricao, incluindo as despesas com a mo de obra utilizada nesse reparo. Caso no seja constatado vcio de fabricao, e sim vcio(s) proveniente(s) de uso inadequado, o Senhor Consumidor arcar com essas despesas. 2. A instalao do produto deve ser feita de acordo com o Manual do Produto e/ou Guia de Instalao. Caso seu produto necessite a instalao e configurao por um tcnico capacitado, procure um profissional idneo e especializado, sendo que os custos desses servios no esto inclusos no valor do produto. 3. Constatado o vcio, o Senhor Consumidor dever imediatamente comunicar-se com o Servio Autorizado mais prximo que conste na relao oferecida pelo fabricante somente estes esto autorizados a examinar e sanar o defeito durante o prazo de garantia aqui previsto. Se isso no for respeitado, esta garantia perder sua validade, pois estar caracterizada a violao do produto. 4. Na eventualidade de o Senhor Consumidor solicitar atendimento domiciliar, dever encaminhar-se ao Servio Autorizado mais prximo para consulta da taxa de visita tcnica. Caso seja constatada a necessidade da retirada do produto, as despesas decorrentes, como as de transporte e segurana de ida e volta do produto, ficam sob a responsabilidade do Senhor Consumidor. 5. A garantia perder totalmente sua validade na ocorrncia de quaisquer das hipteses a seguir: a) se o vcio no for de fabricao, mas sim causado pelo Senhor Consumidor ou por terceiros estranhos ao fabricante; b) se os danos ao produto forem oriundos de acidentes, sinistros, agentes da natureza (raios, inundaes, desabamentos, etc.), umidade, tenso na rede eltrica (sobretenso provocada por acidentes ou flutuaes excessivas na rede), instalao/uso em desacordo com o manual do usurio ou decorrentes do desgaste natural das partes, peas e componentes; c) se o produto tiver sofrido influncia de natureza qumica, eletromagntica, eltrica ou animal
(insetos, etc.); d) se o nmero de srie do produto tiver sido adulterado ou rasurado; e) se o aparelho tiver sido violado. 6. Esta garantia no cobre perda de dados, portanto, recomenda-se, se for o caso do produto, que o Consumidor faa uma cpia de segurana regularmente dos dados que constam no produto. 7. A Intelbras no se responsabiliza pela instalao deste produto, e tambm por eventuais tentativas de fraudes e/ou sabotagens em seus produtos. Mantenha as atualizaes do software e aplicativos utilizados em dia, se for o caso, assim como as protees de rede necessrias para proteo contra invases (hackers). This guide contains information on the installation, operation, and functions of your Smart Terminal (TI). Intelbras smart terminals guarantee agility, comfort, and practicality to your daily routine. They are compatible with the entire line of Impacta exchanges and feature a set of user-programmable keys, which will give you quick access to extensions, lines, and several features that the PABX offers. Some of the features present in this product may depend on your PABX model or configurations. This is a product homologated by Anatel, the homologation number is on the products label, for inquiries use the link sistemas.anatel.gov.br/sch. 48 1. Technical Specifications 1.1. Terminal signage Manufacturers proprietary digital signage, type 2B+D, therefore, this terminal can only be installed in a digital extension of the Impacta exchange. 1.2. MOD 115 module assembly If you have purchased a MOD 115 key module, to attach it to the TI 5000 digital terminal correctly, follow these procedures:
1. Position the slot over the modules mounting region on the terminal;
2. Adjust the position of the module, then tighten the screws to secure it to the TI 5000 digital terminal. Done! The MOD 115 module is attached to the TI 5000 digital terminal. 54 4. Operation 4.1. Operation through the handset The operation of the terminal through the handset is identical to the operation of a regular telephone. To make calls, just lift the handset and dial the desired number or press one of the programmed keys. During a conversation through the handset, the user can press the Speakerphone key once to make the audio available on the speakerphone and handset. The Speakerphone LED will remain flashing. If the user presses the key twice, the audio will be available only on speakerphone and the handset can be put on hook, without interrupting the call. The speakerphone LED will remain on. If you have a headset connected to your TI, simply press the function key to use it. The headsets LED will stay on until the call is ended or the communication means (headset or hands-free) are changed. 4.2. Speakerphone or headset operation With Speakerphone function: when the terminal is idle the Speakerphone function is automatically activated when you press the alphanumeric keypad, the Speakerphone key, or a programmed key. When the call is ended, the Speakerphone is automatically deactivated. With the terminal in conversation you can also press the Speakerphone key twice to enter in Speakerphone mode. While in Speakerphone mode the LED indicator remains lit. With Speaker function: with the terminal in talk mode you can activate the Speaker mode by pressing the Speakerphone key once. At this moment the Speakerphone LED will remain flashing and the conversation will be carried out using the Speakerphones handset and speaker. With headset: with a connected headset, the Headset function is automatically activated when you press the or a programmed key. Using the headset disables the Speakerphone alphanumeric keypad, the Headset key function. While in Headset mode the referent LED will remain on. 4.3. Making a call Lift the handset, press the Speakerphone key, or if you have a connected headset, press the headset function key and dial the desired number. Press the programmable key or dial the desired number while the terminal is idle. During a call, the terminal display will show the extension number that is being called. If this number is in the phone book, the registered name will be displayed. When the called extension is busy and there is no answer queue or it is full, the following message will appear on the terminal display:

Receiving calls When receiving internal or external calls, the terminal presents to the user, if available, the callers number or name (if registered in the phone book). After the call is answered, the call duration time will be shown on the display. On hold call queue When the terminal is operating at an operator extension, the display will show the icon representation of the answered external call and the queued calls. Call status:

Pressing the hang-up key: the answered call will be disconnected, without answering the next call in the queue, releasing the dial tone. Pressing the key or Ok: the answered call will be placed in the last position of the queue, without answering the next call, releasing the dial tone. Through the handset hook, the Speakerphone key or headset: the current call will be disconnected. The call that was first in line becomes the current call, with the bell ringing. 2. With the cursor positioned on the icon of a call in the queue:

For each answered call, in all cases, the cursor automatically returns to the first call in the queue. Chained attendance of external call An alternative way to answer queued calls is through the programmed line-access keys. When an external call is in progress, you can answer a second call directed to the extension (LED of the key programmed as flashing line) by pressing the dedicated line key. The previous call is placed in a parking position automatically. This procedure can be repeated again if another call is forwarded to the extension, and so on, depending on the number of parking positions available at the users exchange. To return any of the parked calls press the dedicated line key. 4.8. Actions Menu The Actions menu provides shortcuts to important and commonly used features in everyday life. To access the Actions menu, press the selection key. Depending on the usage of the terminal, the Actions menu presents different functionalities in 3 operating modes, Idle Mode, Talk Mode, and Call Mode:
Idle Mode: when the terminal has no established connections and is not receiving a call. Always Forward: enables forwarding of all calls directed to the terminal. Can be configured for another extension, group, or external number. Silent Mode: when enabled, the terminal does not generate any sound. Do Not Disturb: blocks incoming calls directed to the extension. Lock Keyboard: locks the terminals keyboard, to unlock it hold down the * key for five seconds. Conversation Mode: when the terminal has an established call. Transfer to: allows you to transmit the connection in progress. Pendulum: this feature makes it possible to exchange the current call for another one in the queue, whether these calls are internal or external. Retain: makes it possible to hold the call for a predetermined time. Parking: allows you to park the call in progress. Calling Mode: when the terminal is receiving a call. Mute: mutes the terminal while receiving a call. Transfer to: allows transferring without answering the incoming call. Reject: rejects the incoming call. To use the actions menu in any of the above states, press the selection key on the state of your terminal. and select the desired option depending Note: the extensions password is required in the Actions menu whenever the password to access the features menu is enabled. 4.9. Call Hold To hold a call in progress press the key corresponding to the actions menu, and with the cursor, select the Hold option, automatically the call will be held. When the hold time is over, the terminal will beep indicating that the call was forwarded to the queue (last position). 4.10. External call hold for parking with new route occupation When an external call is in progress, you can hold it by placing it in a parking position and occupying a new route by simply pressing the key programmed with the route you wish to occupy. 4.11. Do not disturb This service blocks incoming calls to the extension. In addition, these keys can be configured to access various facilities and accessories, freeing the user from typing numeric commands. Access to extensions Allows access to the programmed extension. The indicator light will show the following states:
LED flashing: extension is receiving call. 59 LED is on: extension is busy. LED is off: free extension. Access to the lines Allows capturing a call from the programmed line. The indicator light will show the following states:

Access to VoIP channels Allows capturing a call from the programmed VoIP channel. Note: it will only work with a VoIP card. Access to the routes Allows access to the programmed route. Extension group access Allows access to the extension through previously programmed extension groups. On a key programmed as extension group access, the associated indicator light can show the following states:
LED flashing: external or internal group call. LED is off: no external or internal calls for the group. When this key is pressed, a message on the terminal screen displays the group number that is being called. When one of the extensions in the group answers the call, the extensions number will be shown on the terminal display. And in the case of Search person group, the answering extension will remain on speakerphone during the call. Access to the doorbell Allows access to the electronic door intercom. The user who wants to call the doorbell must press the key programmed with this function. The key light indicator can show the following states:
LED is on: doorbell is busy. LED is off: doorbell is free. LED flashing: doorbell is being called. Access to external action Allows the user to control through an extension line some type of external device, bell, siren, or other type of equipmento. The user must press the key programmed with this function to trigger the external interface. The key light indicator can show the following states:
LED is on: actuation busy (triggered). 60 LED is off: actuation is free. Voice mail access This feature allows access to voice mail to listen to the messages left on it. To listen to the messages, press the Mail key. The key indicator light can show the states:
LED is on: there are new messages in the voice mail. LED is off: there are no new messages in the voicemail. When the voice mailbox is accessed, the display will show the message:
The Mail key will remain lit until the call is disconnected. If after accessing the mail the messages are not heard, the PABX will inform again the existence of the message through the LED of the Mail key, which will be lit again. If the mail message is heard at another extension, the terminal will automatically turn off the Mail key LED. Voicemail Note: Voicemail is an accessory of the Impacta exchanges. 4.13. Padlock Allows you to block the extension so it cannot generate external calls. To program the padlock, press the key that has been programmed for this function. In this case, the terminal will be programmed in padlock mode with total blocking. To program padlock with intermediate options, such as blocking only IDD calls, you must access extension programming from the terminal settings menu. If the extension where the terminal is installed is programmed with the option to request password, the extensions password will be requested. The display shows a notification that the extension is locked:
Extension programmed with padlock The extension with the programmed padlock feature will receive an intercom dial tone with an alert tone (continuous tone followed by beeps every second). To release the extension, press the programmed padlock key again. Once again, if the option requires password is enabled, the display will prompt you to enter the extensions password. Password to unprogram the lock 61 After entering the password, the terminal will beep, confirming the operation. The key indicator light can show the states:
LED is on: padlocked extension. LED is off: extension with no padlock. Access to Boss-secretary To execute the Boss-Secretary feature, the user only has to press the key that was programmed as such. The message referring to an internal call will appear on the display. The key light indicator can show the following states:
LED flashing: extension boss-secretary calling. LED is on: boss-secretary extension busy. LED is off: boss-secretary extension is free. Monitor extension Allows monitoring of the surroundings, in an extension that is programmed with this function. The user who wishes to call the extension to be monitored should press the button programmed with this function. If the desired extension is in a monitored state and free (only one extension can monitor another simultaneously), the call is established and the following message is displayed:
While this feature is active, the user can, besides listening, talk to whoever is in the monitored environment. If the extension being monitored is a terminal, the following message will be displayed:
Extension in conversation Extension monitoring enabled To access this feature you must have a category in the PABX To deactivate the monitoring, no programming is required, just place the handset on the hook or press the Speakerphone key. The key light indicator can show the following states:
LED is on: monitoring enabled. LED is off: monitoring disabled. Boss-secretary intercom Allows direct communication between boss and secretary. The boss-secretary intercom makes the secretarys or the bosss extension be answered automatically (activates the speakerphone with mute enabled), allowing immediate communication between both. To use the boss-secretary intercom, the user has only to press the key that has been programmed as such. The display will show the message referring to an internal call. 62 The key light indicator can show the following states:
LED is on:boss (or secretary) busy. LED is off: boss (or secretary) free. Dialing of any digit sequence Allows any sequence of numeric digits previously programmed into the key to be dialed. To program it, see Configuring keys to dial any sequence of digits. Access PABX phone book Allows consulting the PABXs collective agenda. Access to the search peerson service It is a service that connects the PABX to a speakerphone system, allowing you to announce your message. The extension must have a category that allows access to the search person service.. To use the person search feature, press the key that has been programmed as such. The display will show a message indicating that the terminal is accessing the person search service. From this moment on the extension is connected to the person search service. The key light indicator can show the following states:
LED is on: search person enabled. LED is off: search person disabled Call Parking If an external call is in progress, you can park this call so that it becomes available to all terminals. Placing a call in parking : during a call, press the key programmed as Call Park, then put the handset on-hook, turn off the speakerphone or headset. At this moment, the PABX will send a call tone, and it is necessary to vacate the extension to complete the operation. The call will be held on the parking lot for 3 minutes and the dedicated line key light will flash on all terminals that have been programmed with it. Enable auto attendant This feature allows answering calls automatically. When a call comes in to the terminal, it beeps and automatically answers the call through the speakerphone (you must check that with the headset auto attendant does not automatically enable the headset). LED flashing: auto attendant enabled. LED is off: auto attendant disabled. Control of audio volume, ringer volume and display contrast Allows you to increase or decrease the volume of audio, bells, and display contrast. Settings while the terminal is running It allows adjusting the receiving volume of the handset, the speakerphone, and the receiving and transmitting volume of the headset. It also allows adjusting the ringer volume for queued calls. In any of the settings, at rest or in operation, after 3 seconds without pressing any of the keys , , andthe terminal reverts to the previous operating state and the selected level is registered. Keyboard lock Allows locking the terminal keyboard. The first time the modules are connected to the terminal, their keys will be configured as an extension according to the installed capacity in the exchange. Programmable key without configuration 64 Audible alerts (beeps) emitted by the terminal Off-hook handset Occurs when the user takes the handset off the hook to perform an operation and, at the end of the operation, forgets the phone off-hook (receiving busy tone from the PABX). After 5 seconds in the busy state, the PBX stops sending the tone, leaving it muted. This new state (mute) receives the name of inoperative extension and, after 2 minutes in this condition, the terminal starts to generate a beep every 3 seconds, in order to warn about this condition. Note: factory default, Mute. Pressed key Occurs whenever a key is pressed. Reminder Indicates a reminder programmed by the user for the current time. The reminder beep has the following construction: there are four successive beeps followed by a pause, and this cadence is repeated twenty times. Message Messages received from the PABX and others generated by the terminal itself will be notified through beeps that occur as soon as the message appears on the display. Note: The volume of each of the beeps is set in the configuration menu. When the terminal is in environment monitoring no beep will be generated. When the terminal is programming, phone book or calling, the only possible beeps will be: key pressed beep, reminder beep, or message beep. Maximum number of connected terminals in the exchange 65 Fault and maintenance messages during operation This message appears when the memory reserved for keys (dialing to the PABX) is full and any pressed keys are being ignored. This can occur if too many keys are pressed. This message appears when the information sent from the PABX to the terminal is incorrect. Presence of noise or problems in the connection between the terminal and the PABX through the serial channel can be the cause. Memory reserved for keys is full This message will appear when the terminal is not receiving any information from the PABX (loss of communication). Problems in the communication from the terminal to the PABX Terminal without communication with the PABX 5. Phone Book The terminal has an alphanumeric phone book that allows you to register internal and external numbers, as well as the name associated with each number. The memory capacity of the phone book is 100 (one hundred) entries, containing:
Name with up to 16 characters. Bell type (10 options). Speed Dialing (10 options, which are associated with the numeric keys on the alphanumeric keyboard). Exit route (10 options). Phone number, which can be either internal (10 digits) or external (19 digits, including Pause, * and #)). The phone book is checked for all incoming calls and if the number is stored, the users name will be shown on the terminal display. 66 Edit: change the record that is selected on the terminal s display. New: add a new record. Dial: dials the number of the record in the phone book. Delete: deletes the selected field or record. Some general characteristics regarding the use of the phone book are:
Access to the agenda can occur while the terminal is idle or in an operating state. Access to the phone book is not allowed when the terminal is in a call in progress. The Ok key allows you to go to the next screen, or confirm the operation in progress. The key allows you to go to the previous screen, or exit the operation in progress. The keys, , andallow you to position the cursor on the desired fields. The Delete selection key allows you to delete the character where the cursor is located or the selected record. To enter characters in the phone book, you use the phones alphanumeric keyboard. For each key, two or more letters are associated. To select a letter, press the key with the letter several times. Example: for the key with the number 2 we have associated the letters a, b and c. To enter the letter b press the key 2 times. 5.2. Order of characters in the phone book The phone book is structured in alphanumeric order. The order of location of the names in the phone book has the following priority: - a - b - c - d - e - f - g - h - i - j - k - l - m - n - o - p - q - r - s - t - u - v - w - x - y - z - 0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9. The blank space shown above has priority over any other character including a. Thus the name Rose Meri appears before the name Rosemeri. Note: the first character of the name must be different from a number and a blank space. 5.3. Adding a new record to the phone book Adding a new record to the phone book can take place in 2 different situations:
Adding a new record using the phone book menu. Adding a record, with a number from the list of incoming or outgoing calls. 5.4. Adding a new record from the phone book menu 1. Press the phone book selection key
. The terminal will display the first record and the phone book menu using the selection keys;
2. Press the New selection key. The screen for entering the name will appear;
3. Type the desired name on the alphanumeric keyboard;
The first character of the name must be different from a number and a blank space. If it is entered incorrectly, the following temporary screen be displayed :
After entering the desired name, press the key. First character of the record must be a letter Attention: if there are records saved with the same name, the first record found in the phone book will be displayed when a call is received. 4. Type the desired number using the alphanumeric keypad;
The provider code can be entered between the characters ( ). These characters can be accessed by pressing the * key. 67 When editing the phone book number, besides the provider code, generic codes can be included through the ?
character. At the moment of dialing, the software recognizes the sequence of ? characters and asks for the inclusion of the desired code. 5. Select the ring type, the speed dial key (shortcut), and the exit route. Use the and keys to navigate the fields;
Ringtone: allows 10 ringing melodies. Shortcut: allows speed dialing using the 10 numeric keys on the numeric keypad (0 to 9). If this field is left blank, it means that no key is associated with the record. Route: allows you to select the outgoing route for dialing the record. If you leave this field blank, it means that no route is associated with the record. Attention: if the user is registering an extension, the Route field must be left blank, because this way the terminal will understand that it is an internal number of the PABX. After setting these items, press the Ok key to go to the number editing fields. 6. After editing the name, number, ringtone, shortcut and route. If the Ok key is pressed the edition is finished, storing the contact in memory and the temporary message indicating the status of the phone book is displayed. Then the terminal returns to the Phone Book menu. 5.5. Adding a record, with a number from the list of incoming or outgoing calls The procedure for adding a record is the same as described in the previous section. What differs in this case is that the number to be entered will come from the list of outgoing or incoming calls that are stored in the terminal. It is up to the user to edit the number that will be presented to insert the provider code or generic codes, when these are necessary. To start the procedure, when a call list entry is being consulted, press the selection key enter the phone book menu, in the adding option. The terminal will automatically 5.6. Consulting the terminals phone book records By pressing the selection key The first record (in alphabetical order) in the agenda will be displayed.
, the terminal will display the phone book menu, automatically entering the query mode. To query a record the user has the following optionss:
Through the navigation down key , the search can be made in ascending alphabetical order (from A to Z); or with the up key , no sentido inverso (de Z a A). By pressing the key for the first letter of the name to be searched for, the records that begin with the letter chosen will be displayed. If there is no name beginning with the typed letter, the search will occur with the subsequent letters. In query mode, the typed characters cause a search in the phone book. 5.7. Editing the phone books records The phone book entries can be edited. To do this, you must enter the phone book menu using the selection key in query mode select the record to edit. and Once the record is selected we use the Edit selection key to go into edit mode and check/change the selected name. With the positioned cursor (keys,), the chosen character can be replaced by another (letters/digits from the alphanumeric keyboard). In edit mode, the selection key Delete, deletes the character where the cursor is. After changing the name, press the Ok key to edit the registered number. All the values in the record can be edited with a similar procedure as when adding new records. After editing the number and the ringer, speed dial, and route information, press the Ok selection key to finish editing the record. A screen indicating the status of the phone book will be displayed for 2 seconds. 68 5.8. Deleting a phone book record Allows you to delete phone book records individually. The first step is to select the record to be deleted. You must enter the phone book menu using the selection key and in query mode select the record to be deleted. With the name selected, press the Delete selection key to delete the record. You will then see a screen asking for confirmation:
Press the Ok selection key to confirm the deletion of the record. Press the Back selection key to cancel the operation. After this, the terminal returns to the Phone book menu. Option to delete a phone book record 5.9. Consulting the PABXs collective phone book It allows consulting the PABXs collective phone book. The user can access the Internal or External phone book through the terminals menu in the Internal PABX phone book or External PABX phone book options, or through the programmable keys. To configure a programmable key with this function, follow the procedure:
1. Press the programmable key as a PBX Phone Book. The terminal will enter the query menu of the PABXs phone books;
2. Using the keys and select the Internal phone book or External phone book option, and press the Ok key. Then the list of records in the selected phone book will be displayed (first name - alphabetical order);
3. Search for the desired name;
Using the key , you can search in alphabetical order (from A to Z); or with the key , in reverse order (from Z to A). 4. With the number selected, press the Dial selection key to start dialing;
5. To save the dialed name/number from the PABXs phone book into the terminals phone book:
After selecting the name in the PABXs phone book, press the selection key

In this situation, the terminal goes directly to the option of adding a record to the terminals phone book, and the screen with the name that was selected in the PABXs phone book search is displayed. The following procedures are the same as described for the other cases of adding a number to the phone book, with the selection of ring type, speed dial (shortcut) and exit route. The phone number will already be filled in with the PABXs phone book value, and the user can edit it, if necessary. 69 5.10. Operation of the phone book when the PABX is in subsystem In case the terminal is installed in an extension of a PABX that is a subsystem of another PABX, some observations regarding the numbers stored in the phone book are necessary. To add the extension number of B2 to the phone book, the procedure does not change, that is, just record the number of B1, without route definition (internal extension). To add the extension number of A3 to the phone book, you must define an access route, because A3 is external to PABX B. To add an external number to the phone book, in addition to establishing the route (from PABX B), the PABX route number (0, 81, 82, ...) must be added to the phone book before the external number. Pause characters (,) are required so that the TI waits for the trunk circuit to be taken before continuing dialing. Example: TI phone book with external interurban number using route 0 of PABX A:

If the phone book query occurred with the handset on-hook, the terminal activates the speakerphone, if the headset is connected it will be activated, and will then dial the selected number (displaying the information related to the call), exiting the query mode of the phone book. If the phone book query occurred with the handset off-hook, the terminal will dial the selected number (displaying the information regarding the call), exiting the phone book query mode. If the extension is unreachable, the terminal resumes the dial tone before dialing the number. 5.12. Speed dialing (shortcut) To perform speed dialing, you must associate the 0 to 9 keys with the phone numbers in the phone book. With the handset off-hook, speakerphone/headset active, or with the terminal idle, press and hold the desired number key
(0 to 9) for 2 seconds until the name/number is shown on the display. 70 6. Calls A very useful feature of the terminal is the storage of incoming and outgoing calls, and incoming messages, allowing the consultation and return of calls. 6.1. Storage capacity The terminal has a memory that can store up to:
30 missed calls. 30 answered calls. 30 originated calls. 5 received messages. 6.2. Call Indicator The indication that there are calls and or messages registered in the memory is given through the terminals indicator light and messages. Indicator light: lit, means that there are unanswered call(s) or unseen message(s) in memory. Unlit, means that all registered calls/messages have been viewed. 6.3. Call Log Access The call records are accessed through the selection key record in the phone book, and make a call to the selected number. You can consult and or delete the registered calls, store the The selection key
(call log) accesses the following options:
Unanswered. Unanswered PABX (only for the terminal installed in an extension with operator function)). Answered. Originated. Delete all logs. Note: the access to the settings to configure the type of call to be logged and the visual signaling (LED) of the call list records is made through the programming menu. Some general aspects regarding the use of call lists are:
Call list access can occur with the terminal either idle or in operation. Access to call lists is not allowed when the terminal is in an ongoing call. The list of incoming external calls is available on the terminal only if the PABX can identify the callers number. If there is no call or message log, the following message will appear:
There are no registered connections in the selected list Whatever the type of call chosen, the terminal displays the existing number of calls in memory for 2 seconds. To obtain more information about the incoming or outgoing calls press the Ok key on a log. Information will be presented as date, duration, number, depending on the list that the user is consulting and the number s registration in the phone book. 71 6.4. Message list query To check the messages available in the terminal, press the Menu key and then select the Messages option. Within the Messages menu, select the Message Mail option, which will display a temporary screen indicating the number of stored records followed by the message with the most recent date. To select the other messages, simply navigate with the or keys. 6.5. Adding the queried number to the terminals phone book After consulting the list of outgoing, incoming, answered and missed calls, the selected number can be added to the terminals phone book by pressing the selection key
. In this situation, the terminal goes directly to the option of adding a record to the terminals phone book. 6.6. Calls originated from the call list To return to a number stored in the call list, simply select the number you wish to call and press the Dial option. Note: at startup, the terminal receives from the PABX the list of outgoing routes allowed for the extension. Using this list, it configures a default route (general route) to be used when dialing from the call list. If the user wants a different route, he must access the Calls item in the Programming Menu. The selected route will be used for all calls made through the call list. 6.7. Selecting and editing the log of an incoming or outgoing call Call logs, answered, missed, or originated, may need to be edited to allow for a callback, for example by entering the providers code. After entering the corresponding menu (answered, not answered or originated call) and with the name or number selected on the screen, the user has the option to edit the registered number. If you wish to edit the number, press the Edit selection key. At this point, the number remains on the display, allowing the user to edit, include service provider code, or any other code. To finish editing press the Ok selection key. To delete the character where the cursor is, select the Delete selection key. The , ,orkeys allow you to position the cursor in the desired fields. In the case of dialing without needing to edit the selected number, press the Dial selection key. The terminal will automatically make the call. When adding the provider code the user can manually type it. 7. Extension Programming The TI 5000 provides a high-level interface for PABX extension programming. 7.1. Extension Password Allows you to include or change the extensions password. How to access:
1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Password using the and , keys and press the Ok key;
4. Search for Change/Include password using the and , keys, and press the Ok key. To register the password for the first time Enter the desired password and press the Ok key. To change the already registered password Type the current password (that you want to change) in the first line and the new password in the second line and press the Ok key. 72 7.2. Enable extension password for access to the Features sub menu and actions menu This programming defines whether or not the terminal should require the extension password to access the Programming Features submenu and the Actions menu. How to access:
1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Extension Password using the and keys and press the Ok key;
4. Search for Enable/Disable Password using the and keys and press the Ok key;
5. If the option is activation and the password is not programmed, the password registration screen will appear.;
6. The password must be programmed first before activating the password for access to the main menu. Factory default: password disabled. 7.3. Forwarding The user can program an extension or an external telephone to answer the calls in the periods when he cant or prefers not to answer them. 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Forwarding using the and , keys and press the Ok key;
4. Use the andkeys to view the forwarding options:
If busy. If is no answer. Always. External direct call. 7.4. Forward if busy Options for this menu:
If busy for extension: choose the extension number. If busy for external number: select the route and fill in the field with the desired external number. If busy for VoIP: fill in the field with the desired VoIP number. If busy for extension group: choose the extensions group number. If busy for voice mail: press the Ok key to confirm. Cancel forwarding if busy: a confirmation message will be displayed. Press the Ok selection key to confirm the setting. 7.5. Forward if not answered Options for this menu:
If no answer to extension: select the field with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before being forwarded and fill in the desired extension number. If no answer to external number: select the field with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before being forwarded , select the Route and fill in the field with the desired external number. If no answer to VoIP: select the field with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before being diverted and fill in the field with the desired VoIP number. If no answer to extension group: select the field with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before it is forwarded and fill in the extensions group number. If no answer to voice mail: select the field with the number of seconds (10 to 80) that the call will ring before being forwarded. Press the YES selection key to confirm the setting. Cancel forwarding if no answer: a confirmation message will be displayed. Press the Ok selection key to confirm the setting. 73 7.6. Always forward Options for this menu:
Always to extension: fill in the number of the desired extension. Always to external number: select the Route and fill in the field with the desired external number. Always to VoIP: fill in the field with the desired VoIP number. Always to group: choose the extensions group number. Always to voice mail: press the Ok key to confirm. A confirmation message will be displayed. Cancel forwarding always: a confirmation message will be displayed. Press the Ok selection key to confirm the programming. 7.7. Direct external call forwarding The terminal can be blocked from receiving external calls directly through DDR or auto attendant. In the case of not accepting them, you can program a forwarding to an extension or external number. Options for this menu:
If busy to extension: choose the extension number. If busy to external number: select the route and fill in the field with the desired external number. If busy to VoIP: fill in the field with the desired VoIP number. If busy to extension group: choose the extensions group number. If busy to voice mail: press the Ok key to confirm. Cancel direct external call forwarding: a confirmation message will be displayed. Press the Ok selection key to confirm the setting. 7.8. Padlock The terminal can be programmed not to make external calls, blocking the selected type of call (landline or mobile). The extension with the programmed padlock feature will receive an internal dial tone with warning (continuous tone followed by beeps every second). To program any type of padlock:
1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Padlock using the and keys and press the Ok key;
4. Search for the desired padlock option:
DDI Padlock. DDD Padlock. Regional Padlock. Local Padlock. DDI Cell Phone Padlock. DDD Cell Phone Padlock. Regional Cell Phone Padlock. Local Cell Phone Padlock. Total Padlock. Cancel All Padlocks. 5. For each of the options, except the last, you can choose between Enable or Disable the lock by positioning the cursor with the keys and pressing the Ok key. After the option, the screen returns to the choice of another padlock typeo;
6. To cancel all padlocks, select the Cancel all padlocks option and press the Ok selection key to confirm the setting. Note: The padlock can be enabled and disabled through a programmable key on the terminal, configured to do so. In this case, only the total option is executed and if Extension Password programming is active, the password will be requested. 74 7.9. Hotline Hotline is a feature programmed in the extension to make automatic calls to extensions, VoIP numbers, or external numbers. The user simply lifts the handset and the call will be placed automatically to the desired number, after a period of time defined in the programming (0 to 7 seconds). If the set time is 0 seconds (Hotline without delay) the extension will only make calls to the programmed number. When the set time is 1 to 7 seconds, the PABX waits during this period for the user to make a call other than the programmed one. Another option is the route Hotline, that is, the user picks up the handset and has access (0 to 7 seconds) to one of the lines of the programmed route. To do this, just program an external Hotline and do not set the desired number. 7.10. To program Hotline 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Hotline using the keys and , and press the Ok key;
4. Use the keys or to choose between To Extension, To Route, To External Number and To VoIP. Press the Ok keyk:
To extension: fill in the field with the desired extension number and set the delay time (0 to 7 seconds). To external number: select the field with the desired route number. Fill in the desired external number and set the delay time (0 to 7 seconds). To route: select the field with the desired route number and set the delay time (0 to 7 seconds). To VoIP: fill in the field with the desired VoIP number and set the delay time (0 to 7 seconds). 7.11. To unprogram Hotline 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Hotline using the keys and , and press the Ok key;
4. Search for Cancel All using the keys and , and press the Ok key. If a Hotline is programmed, the following message will be displayed:
Press the Ok selection key to confirm the programming. Cancel Hotline programming 7.12. Alarm clock To set any kind of alarm clock:
1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Alarm Clock using the keys and , and press the Ok key. Use the keys and to view the Alarm clock options, which can be:
Wake up today: using the keys and fill in the fields with the hour and minute you wish to be woken up and press the Ok key. The alarm clock will sound at the programmed time. Wake up every day: using the keys and fill in the fields with the hour and minute you wish to be woken up and press the Ok key. The alarm clock will sound at the programmed time. Wake up every period: using the keys and fill in the fields with the hour and minute when you wish to be woken periodically and press the Ok key. The alarm clock will sound at pre-programmed periods, for example:
intervals of 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, etc. The period will start at the moment the programming is done. 75 Note: the minimum period is 5 minutes. Wake up on weekdays: using the keys and fill in the fields with the hour and minute when you wish to be woken on weekdays and press the Ok key. The alarm will sound at the programmed time only on weekdays. For this type of alarm to work, the working days and holidays must be previously programmed in the PABX. Cancel Alarm Clock Settings The terminal allows the programming of only one type of alarm clock at a time. If you program an alarm clock type and another one is already programmed, the existing one will be cancelled. 7.13. Telemarketing extension This feature has the function to enable an extension not to receive beeps during an intercom call, that is, when another user enters the current call. To program:
1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Telemarketing Extension using the keys and, and press Ok to program;
4. Using the keys and, select the item Enabled;
5. Press the Ok key to confirm. To unprogram:
1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Facilities and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Telemarketing Extension using the keys and , and press Ok to program;
4. Using the keys and, select the item Disabled;
5. Press the Ok key to confirm. 7.14. Programming the PABX calendar Allows programming of the PABX calendar (Date and Time). Note: the user will only be able to perform this programming when the terminal is installed at an extension with an operator desk category. 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Configure PABX Calendar using the keysand , and press the Ok key;
4. Type in the Date and Time using the alphanumeric keypad. Use the Delete selection key to delete the field selected by the cursor. Press Ok to confirm the programming. 7.15. Motion Sensor With the motion sensor it is possible to detect movements of people up to six meters away. It is possible to configure a programmable key to access the function, four alarm options, password and timings for entry and exit of the detection zone. To use the motion sensor initially it is necessary to configure a programmable key, which will have the functions of activating/deactivating the motion sensor and signaling the operation status. 76 Programmable key configuration:
1. To configure, press the Menu selection key and, using the keys or , select the Features option;
2. Using the keys , move the cursor to Motion Sensor and press Ok;
3. After entering the indicated menu, access the Programmable key Conf. option and press the Ok key;
4. After the message Choose the programmable key appears on the display, press the desired programmable key. The message Programming successfully done will appear on the display. 5. Press the shortcut key where you programmed the motion sensor to activate it. If your product has a motion sensor. Timing It is possible to configure the entry and exit times of the motion sensors detection zone. These times are used to counteract the triggering after Activation or during Deactivation, without an unwanted triggering occurring. Setting the trigger times:
1. In Motion Sensor, move the cursor with the keys or to Timings option and press Ok;
2. Configure the time to Deactivate After* and Activate After* (between 0 and 99 seconds) using the numeric keypad;
3. Once configured, press Ok. Note: Activate after: time to leave the detection zone without triggering the alarm. Deactivate after: time to enter the detection zone without triggering the alarm. Alarm Activation There are four alarm trigger options, Send SMS message, External action, Dial number, Ring terminal. It is possible to program up to 3 trigger options simultaneously, but the Dial number and Ring terminal options cannot be configured together. When more than one option is enabled, the activation of the alarms will occur sequentially in 5 second intervals. Triggers Configuration 1. In Motion Sensor, move the cursor with the keys or to the Alarm Trigger option and press Ok;
2. Configure the desired triggers using the ,,, keys and the alphanumeric keypad. To cancel a setting that has already been programmed, select the option present in the Alarm Trigger menu and press the Delete selection key. Note: SMS messaging is only possible when the terminal is connected to Impacta exchanges that have GSM cards. Access Password The password configuration present in the Motion Sensor menu serves to protect the deactivation of the sensor. To activate the motion sensor password, the extensions password must already be programmed. Configuration to enable the motion sensor password:
1. In Motion Sensor, move the cursor with the or keys to the Extension Password option and press Ok;
2. Enable or disable the password using the keysor;
3. Once configured, press Ok. Using the motion sensor After configuring the programmable key, the activation times, and the types of triggers, you can use the motion sensor. To activate it press the programmable key configured for this function. At this moment the message Motion Sensor Activated will be displayed. When the motion sensor is activated the LED on the programmable key flashes, indicating that the function is active. After the sensor is activated it is possible to leave the detection zone for the time configured in the option Activate after. When motion is detected, the LED on the programmable key changes state to ON and starts executing the pre-
programmed triggers. To deactivate the triggering, simply press the programmable key again to unlock the function. Note: with the function active the TI 5000 keyboard is locked. To use the terminal normally again, press again the key programmed for the function. 77 Important: the functions regarding the motion sensor, index 7.15, will only be available if your product has the motion sensor installed. 8. Messages There are three types of messages: Custom Messages and Warning Messages, which allow extensions with Smart Terminals (TIs) to send text messages to other extensions that also have terminals installed, and SMS messages, which can be sent from Smart Terminals (TIs) to cell phones (check if your PABX has this feature and if it has a GSM card). 8.1. Customized Messages Customized messages are written and sent to a designated extension. 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Message and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Send Msg to TI using the and keys, and press the Ok key;
4. Enter the desired information using the alphanumeric keypad (up to a maximum of 22 characters) and use the navigation keys and the Delete selection key to make corrections. Enter the destination extension number;
5. Press the Ok selection key to send the message;
6. If the destination extension of the message is a Smart Terminal ( TI), the following screen will be displayed:

In this situation, the terminal returns to the message editing screen. 8.2. Alert messages Allows you to leave recorded messages in your terminal, so that when another terminal calls you, it will receive the message you have already recorded. 1. Press the Menu key. 2. Search for Messages and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Alert Message using the keys and , and press the Ok key;
4. Type the desired message and press the Ok selection key. To cancel the programmed message:

8.3. Sending SMS messages 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Messages and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Send SMS Msg using the keys and , and press the Ok key;
4. Type the cell phone number that will receive the message and the text;
5. Using the alphanumeric keyboard write a text of up to 140 characters. Use the navigation keys and the Delete selection key to make corrections;
6. Press the Ok selection key to send the message;
7. If the message is sent correctly, the Message Sent screen will be displayed. In this situation, the terminal returns to the message editing screen;
8. It is possible to read the sent SMS through the Read sent SMS option, and delete them through the Delete all SMS option. An error message can appear on the TI 5000 display, if it is unable to send the SMS to the recipient. In this situation, the terminal returns to the messages screen. Note: SMS messaging is only possible when the terminal is connected to Impacta exchanges that have GSM cards. 9. Reminder Reminders are short messages that the user can program the terminal to show on its display at a specified date and time. The reminder can be programmed to be displayed only once or to be repeated after a certain defined period. At the programmed date and time, the handset will emit reminder beeps for 30 seconds and the text will be shown on the terminal s display. To exit this function, press any key or lift the handset. This device allows the programming of 5 reminders with text and date/time of reminder. 9.1. Add a new reminder 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Reminders and press the Ok key;
3. Search for Add using the keys and , and press the Ok key;
4. Fill in the reminder day, month and year fields;
5. Fill in the reminder time and minute fields;
6. In the Day of Week field, using the or keys, select the way the reminder will repeat (All, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat);
79 Attention: if you fill in the fields day, month and year, the item Day of Week will be discarded. Therefore, to run several times, use only the Day of Week field. 7. Using the alphanumeric keyboard, type the reminder text (max. 23 characters);
8. To delete a character, press the Delete selection key;
9. Press the Ok key to confirm the setting. The following message will be displayed:

5. To delete the selected reminder, press the Delete selection key. A confirmation message will be displayed:

80 10. Configuration Allows the user to configure the terminal according to his preferences. 10.1. Language Allows you to select the operation language of the Smart Terminal; select Portuguese or Spanish. To do so, follow these procedures:
1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Profile using the and keys.Press the Ok key;
3. Select the language with the and keys;
4. The accepted programming message will appear, already in the selected language. 10.2. Bell Type Configuration Allows you to select the type of ringer to announce a call. You can differentiate the ring type for Internal, External, and Queue calls. Ten types of melodies are available. Procedure 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Profile using the and keys.Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Configure Bell and press the Ok key;
4. Select one of the options: Calls in queue, Internal calls, External calls, Volume and press the Ok key;
5. For a brief demonstration of the ring type, for internal and external calls, select the 10 available types (1 to 10) using the navigation keysand;
6. Select the desired bell and press the Ok key;
7. If you do not want to confirm the setting, press the key;
Factory default: melody 1. 8. For queued calls the configuration menu allows you to enable or disable the ringer. Through the keysor select the Enabled or Disabled option, and press the Ok key. Factory default: enabled and melody 1. 10.3. Backlight Allows you to enable or disable the displays Backlight function. 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Profile using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Backlight and press the Ok key;
4. Select the Enabled or Disabled option with the navigation keys and press the Ok key to configure. Factory default: active backlight. 10.4. Sound alarms The terminal allows you to configure the volume of the following audio alerts:
(One beep): occurs when a key is being pressed or when the terminal receives a message. Factory default: low volume.
(One beep every 3 seconds): occurs when the handset is left off-hook. If the handset is not on-hook, after 2 minutes the beeps will sound. 81 Factory default: mute.
(Three beeps): these happen when there is an alarm present. The alarm occurs when the exchange in which the terminal is installed changes from day to night state. Factory default: low volume.
(Four beeps followed by a pause that can be repeated up to 20 times): This happens when there is a reminder programmed for this time. Factory default: loud volume. When the terminal is programming, in the phone book or viewing the call list, the only possible beeps are: key pressed beep and reminder beep. If the terminal is monitoring the environment, no beeps will be generated. Only the terminal installed at an operator extension will receive alarm beeps. 10.5. Beep volume configuration Procedure 1. Press the Menu key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Profile using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Audible Alert and press the Ok key;
4. Look for one of the following audible alert options to configure:
Pressed key. Off-hook handset. Reminder notification. Alarm Present. Incoming message notification. 5. Press the Ok key;

7. Press the Ok key to confirm the setting or the key if you do not want to confirm the setting. 10.6. Headset configuration Allows you to configure the terminal to operate with the headset with or without a boom. Differentiated by the sensitivity of the microphone. 1. Press the Menu key. 2. Search for Profile using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Headset configuration and press the Ok key;
4. Select one of the options: without boom or with boom and press the Ok key to configure. Factory default: with boom. 10.7. 7. After confirmation, the temporary screen Programming Accepted will be displayed. Configure a key to access a specific extension Select the Extension Access Key option and fill in the field with the extension number you wish to associate with the key. The Delete selection key is used to delete the field selected by the cursor. Configure key to access a specific line Select the Line Signal Key option using the and keys ,type the number of the line you want to associate with the key. Note: a key configured as a line, will serve to make a capture. However, the user will not be able to initiate a call through this key, because the external access of the PBX is performed through Routes. Configure a key to access a particular E1 channel Select the E1 Signal Key option using the keys and , type the number of the E1 channel you wish to associate with the key. Note: a key configured as E1 Channel, will be used to make a capture. However, the user wont be able to initiate a call through this key, because the external access of the PABX is performed through Routes. Configure a key to access a specific VoIP channel Select the VoIP Signal Key option using the keys and select, using the keysand, the VoIP channel you wish to associate with the key. This feature allows calls to be answered automatically. When a call comes to the terminal, it beeps and automatically answers the call through the speakerphone. When this feature is active, the LED of the programmed key will flash. When the terminal has the headset connected, it answers the call. Select the option Auto Attendant Activation Key using the keys and . Press Ok to confirm. Configure key as general group ringing The general group ring is the group in which all extensions are called at the same time when an incoming call is received. This programming applies to extensions that belong to one of the PABX groups of the general ring type. In this case, an extension can program its way out of the group, and return when desired. Select the option Active Group Ringing Key using the keys and . Press Ok to confirm. Configure key to forward queued call to a specific extension Select the option Forward Queued Call to Extension Key using the keys and , and fill in the field with the extension number you wish to receive the forwarded call. Press the Ok key to confirm. Configure key to activate/signalize the motion sensor Allows setting a programmable key to trigger/signal the motion sensor. If your product has a motion sensor. 3. Search for Route Config. and enter the desired route. Press the Ok key to confirm. Factory default: general PABX routing. 10.11. Account code configuration If a user of an extension with Smart Terminal uses an account code for his calls, he can leave the account and, if desired, the password configured to make calls through the programmable keys, the phone book, and the Calls service. To use the account code, you must activate the service, and define the account and/or password to be used in the PABX programming software. Setting up the account code and password To configure the account code follow the following procedure:
1. Press the Menu selection key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features by using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Account Code and press the Ok key;
4. Select the Configure option and press the Ok key;
5. Fill in the account number and password, using the numeric keypad. Then, press the Ok key to confirm the programming;
6. To cancel the change and keep the previous information, press the key. Attention: you can activate the account code on the terminal and not program the account and/or password. In this case, when dialing, a screen will appear requesting both the code and the password. This will also happen when you program just the account, when dialing you will be prompted for the password. Activating the account code To enable the use of account code for calls made from the TI, follow the procedure:
1. Press the Menu selection key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Features by using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Account Code and press the Ok key;
4. Select the Enable/Disable option and press the Ok key;
5. To cancel the change and keep the previous information, press the key
. 10.12. Capture key Allows you to configure the Capture key for a specific type of capture:
General: captures a ringing call from any extension. Extension: captures a call from a specific extension. Group: captures a call from a group. Parking: captures a call that was placed in the parking lot. Boss/Secretary: captures a ringing call from an extension that is part of the Boss/Secretary group. Only extensions that are part of this group can use it. Operator: picks up a ringing or queued call from an operator extension defined as extension 9. Call on hold: captures a call that is on hold. To configure the capture key, proceed as follows:
1. Press the Menu selection key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Profile by using the keys and . Press the Ok key;
3. Search for Capture Key and press the Ok key;
4. Select one of the options listed above and press the Ok key. 86 It is also possible to program the Capture key by pressing it for 3 seconds. Once the key has been configured, simply press the key once for the selected option to be executed. 10.13. View version It allows you to see the version of the Smart Terminal and the version of the PABX. 1. Press the Menu selection key. The terminal will enter the main menu;
2. Search for Versions and press the Ok key;
3. Choose the desired option: Terminal Version, PABX Version, Module Version or Boards Version and press Ok to check the version. 10.14. Firmware update If there is a need to update the firmware of the Smart Terminal 5000 the user must download the Impacta Programmer, with version equal to or greater than 1.10.00 or Impacta Web Programmer. It is also necessary that the PABX has version equal to or greater than 3.20.00, besides the firmware file to be installed. This update can be done by following the programmers instructions. You will be able to see the progress of the upgrade on the terminal screen. At this time, the terminal will remain unavailable and when it returns, the phone book and programmable keys information will be kept. Call lists, reminders, and messages will be lost, and the profile settings will return to the factory defaults. If any eventuality occurs during the firmware upgrade process that makes it impossible to upgrade via PABX, the terminal must be upgraded via serial communication through a physically connected PC. In this case, all information will be lost and the terminal will return to the factory default values. 87 Warranty Terms It is hereby expressly stated that this contractual warranty is conferred under the following conditions:

1. All parts, pieces and components of the product are guaranteed against eventual manufacturing defects, which they may eventually present, for a period of 1 (one) year - this being 90 (ninety) days of legal guarantee and 9 (nine) months of contractual guarantee -, as from the date of purchase of the product by the Consumer, as shown on the invoice for the purchase of the product, which is an integral part of this Term throughout the entire national territory. This contractual warranty includes the free replacement of parts, pieces, and components that present manufacturing defects, including the expenses for the labor used in this repair. If no manufac-
turing defect is found, but defect(s) arising from improper use, the Consumer will bear these expenses. 2. The products installation should be done according to the Product Manual and/or Installation Guide. If your product requires ins-
tallation and configuration by a qualified technician, look for a competent and specialized professional, considering that the costs for these services are not included in the products price. 3. Once the defect is confirmed, the Consumer must immediately contact the nearest Authorized Service listed by the manufacturer
- only these are authorized to examine and repair the defect during the warranty period foreseen herein. If this is not done, this warranty will be void, since it will be characterized as a violation of the product. 4. In the event that the Consumer requests home assistance, he or she must go to the nearest Authorized Service to inquire about the technical visit fee. If it is necessary to remove the product, the resulting expenses, such as transportation and security costs to and from of the product, will be the responsibility of the Consumer. 5. The warranty will totally lose its validity in the occurrence of any of the following hypotheses: a) if the defect is not of manufacturing, but caused by the Consumer or by third parties not related to the manufacturer; b) if the damage to the product comes from accidents, disasters, nature agents (lightning, flooding, landslides, etc.), humidity, voltage in the electrical network (overvoltage caused by accidents or excessive fluctuations in the network), installation/use in disagreement with the users manual or resulting from the natural wear and tear of the parts and components; c) if the product has suffered chemical, electromagnetic, electrical or animal (insects, etc.) influence;
d) if the products serial number has been tampered with or scraped; e) if the device has been breached. 6. This warranty does not cover data loss, therefore it is recommended, if relevant to the product, that the Consumer make a regular backup copy of the data on the product. 7. Intelbras is not responsible for the installation of this product, nor for any attempts of fraud and/or sabotage on its products. Keep the software updates and applications used up-to-date, if relevant, as well as the network protections required for protection against intrusions (hackers).
