The radio frequency handheld remote is battery operated (one A23 battery, included). This remote operates within 88.5ft (27m) of the dimming kit. Do not install dimming kit with string light more than 88.5ft (27m) away from the intended location of remote control use. Note: The working temperature for the remote control is-20-40(-4F-104F). - Remove the battery cover.
- Place a A23 battery into the battery compartment aligning polarity (+)(-) as indicated
