Hello. Seems reasonable; however, there was not adequate details shared about the product to make an accurate assessment. For guidance related to Wireless Power Transfer devices please refer to FCC KDB Publication 680106 D01 Wireless Power Transfer v04. This document can be found online at:https://apps.fcc.gov/oetcf/kdb/reports/GuidedPublicationList.cfm Additionally, please refer to the most recent FCC presentation on WPT from the October 2023 TCB Workshop. This presentation is entitled Wireless Power Transfer and is attached to this response. The purpose of the KDB Inquiry system is to provide a forum for questions regarding testing proposals or technologies for which there is no clear guidance. It is not meant to serve as a place for approval of devices that have already been tested according to established guidance. If seeking equipment authorization for your device, you should submit your application to a Telecommunications Certification Body (TCB) for further review. Hello, Thank you for your replay.This device is a LED desk lamp with wireless charging and clock display. It has two RF coils and the wireless charging only when the active coil is covered and coupled with the target. Product parameter:
Rated Input: DC 9V 3A from USB Airpods Wireless Output: 3 Watts Wireless Charger Maximum Output: 15 Watts Operation Frequency: 110-205 kHz Antenna type: Coil Antenna So the device was considered to meet the 2.1091-mobile conditions, The minimum distance for RF exposure compliance is whether 20cm is allowed?
