This device must be restricted to occupational use. All qualified end-users of this device must have the knowledge to control their exposure conditions and/or duration to comply with Occupational /Controlled requirements. A label, as described in this filing, must be displayed on the device to direct users to specific training information for meeting Occupational Exposure Requirements and users must be provided with the training information.
