Feeder Meter has a dust cover that needs to be regularly cleaned for device to produce accurate measurements. We recommend cleaning dust cover with a damp cloth once every six months, or when you refill your feeder, whichever is sooner. The Feeder Meter Sensors must face the center or the bottom of the feeder for accurate measurement. Feeder Meter does not work inside a metal feeder. If you have a metal feeder, you must use the Feeder Meter with Antenna, and the antenna must be placed on the outside of the feeder. Feeder unit needs to be level, otherwise Feeder Meter will produce inaccurate results.
