Charge it Up Before getting started, charge your Positive Pet Collar for at least 5 hours until the blue charging indicator light turns off. The blue LED will light up and remain on while charging. To access the charging port, push the sliding door in the direction of the arrow. 2. Power On & Off To turn ON the Positive Pet Collar, hold the power button for 12 seconds or until the blue LED flashes and you feel the vibration motor activate.
