Use guidelines TRMS-400-11011 TRMS-400 is an additional product for the refrigeration truck, consists of the receiver/transmitter, the antenna and the protected shelf, and all production items are incorporated ,.it can connect to I-Box of the reefer by the RS232 interface, and also can control the reefer, process the GPS position information by the extend object, detect the door opened/closed state or the fuel signal. TRMS-400 process and send those data to the control panel or the PC software of the yard management system to show the corresponding information, so the controller can control the working status of the machine. TRMS-400 was processed by glue, the surface has a LED light and some plug, LED uses for indicating the working status, the black small plug uses for learning ID and update the software, the other plug is the interface of the signals out/in controlling. Firstly, find a suitable position at the top of refrigeration truck and fixe the antenna protective rubber by the standard configuration screw, then fixed the antenna wire. Ensure when the refrigeration truck is running, other objects can not touch the antenna shelf or the antenna wire. Install the TRMS-400 machine in the Reefer box. Install TRMS-400 by the standard configuration connected wire. Specifically please see the following figure:
In order to Communication, please ensure it has been learned ID between the fuel-transmitter/door-status-detector and TRMS-400 when the installation was complete. Take the black plug out and then plug it in again after plug in the host of the receiver, then the host will flash(always) the green LED light and get into learn ID mode. The fuel transmitter and the door state detector will send a paired learning code to the TRMS-200 in one minute, the TRMS-200 will flash the red LED light then save the id of the door state detector and the door open order when it receive the door detector signal, the flash number of times varies with the door open order, flash the green/read LED light when it receive the fuel transmitter signal, also save the id of the fuel transmitter. Specifically see the manual of each machine. In the use of the process, if the LED flash a faint light or not flash when the TRMS-200 receive the status signal which the door opened status or fuel status be changed from the fuel transmitter or the door status detector, It means low batteries, please change other machine and get into learning mode anew TRMS-200 will consume a certain electric quantity when it is working, please power off if not used for a long period of time, lest the power run out and can not launch the Reefer engine.
