(This product will turn off when combined; turn on when separated.) 1. When separated, the receiver and the transmitter proceeds the linking-code procedure and then follows one long & one short beeps, the LED on both receiver side and transmitter side will flash, then you can begin to use them. If they cannot flash, it means the linking-code procedure is failed. The receiver sounds continuously short Beep (BwBwBwEEE) per sound. Please repeat this operation step again. 2. Under normal operation, when the effective distance (about 2 meters) between the receiver and the transmitter is exceeded, the receivers alarm will alert continuously three Beep (BBBw BBB)per sound. 3. When the distance between the receiver and the transmitter is shorter than the effective distance, the alarm will stop alerting immediately. Important information 1. When turn on the product, the distance between the receiver and the transmitter must exceed 30cm to proceed the linking-code procedure. 2. To extend battery life, be sure to turn off the product (combined status) when it is not in use. 3. The effective distance may be diminished by environmental condition such as walls, metal objects, relative humidity and other radio signals. Try to get rid of it or move away from the interference. 4. Keep this product away from water and avoid being crashed. Trouble shooting 1. Change the battery as soon as possible as follow conditionG
(Lithium battery CR2032) LED light becomes dim. The effective distance becomes shorter than normal distance. Alert sounds weak. 2. Check for any nearby source of interference. Try to get rid of it or move away from the source. 3. If none of the above works, return unit to factory as per warranty. Do not attempt to repair it by yourself.
