@ Turn the knob to unlock Position then slide to Open the battery cover.
@ Slide the battery cover Back in place and turn The knob to close it tight.
@ Replace the rechargeable Battery. Make sure the ends Of the battery of positive (+) And negative (-) matching The markings on the vehicle. TRANSMITTER BATTERY INSTALLATION:
@ Push the battery cover on the back and slid out.
@ Install one 9 volt alkaline battery.
@ Make sure the polarity (+) (-) match the markings On the battery compartment.

FORWARD DRIVE: push left joystick to position 3 to move forward. joystick will automatically return to neutral position when released. 4, REVERSE DRIVE: move left joystick to position 4 to move in reverse. joystick will automatically return to neutral position when released. 5, LEFT/RIGHT STEERING: move right joystick left or right for desired direction while operating forward/reverse function. NEUTRAL POSITION Screw the antenna on the Cavity of the transmitter. Operating instructions:
1. Fully recharge the battery pack for 4 hours before using. Clip the connector on the battery pack to the connector on the charger (note, this only fits one way). Plug the charger into the wall outlet. 2. After charging for 4 hours, unplug the charger from the wall outlet. Unclip battery pack from charger. 3. After use, the battery pack will be hot to the touch, Wait at least 20 minutes until the battery pack cools down before recharging. Recharging a warm or hot battery pack will greatly reduce the number of times the battery pack can be recharged. Note:
A) any charger unit or transformer or adaptor to be used other than TURBO TECs shall comply with CEE publication 15. B) A NiCd battery will lose all its power at once. The radio control vehicle will suddenly stop operating. The vehicle is not defective, but it is time to recharge the battery pack. Cautions:
Do not charge a battery pack that is wet, hot or shows signs of leakage or corrosion. 2. Battery pack should be unplugged if unused for several days. 3. Wall pack charger should be unplugged when not in use. 4. Do not dispose of battery pack in fire. Battery pack may explode and cause personal injury. 5. Nickel Cadmium cells - must be disposed of properly. 6. Donot attempt to disassemble the battery pack. 7. Do not use wall pack charger for any use other than charging rechargeable 9.6v NiCd battery pack. 8. Rechargeable battery pack is only to be charger under adult supervision. 9, Rechargeable battery pack is to be removed from the toy before being charged. 10, Keep the charging set and the accumulators dry. 11. Do not exceed the given charging time. 12. Do not try to charge Non-rechargeble batteries. 13, Different types of batteries or old and new batteries are not to be mixed. 14.
