USING THE BLUETOOTH You can use Bluetooth to stream any audio from any Bluetooth devices with A2DP. Enjoy music as well as enhanced audio for movies, videos, TV, games and apps from your connected Bluetooth device. 1. Turn on audio by pressing the POWER button on your clock. 2. To switch to BLUETOOTH mode press SOURCE button repeatedly until the display shows bt. The unit will start searching any available device and the BLUETOOTH LED indicator will flash. 3. Enable Bluetooth on your devices. 4. In your device, select an option to add a new Bluetooth device. NOTE: Adding a Bluetooth Device varies on different mobile devices, tablet and computer. See your Bluetooth device manual for specific information. 5. Start the pairing on your device. Do this by selecting CA-SOi from the list of available devices shown your device screen. This will connect automatically once paired. The BLUETOOTH LED indicator will keep light up. NOTE: The auto pairing will search for 2 minute for available device. If nothing is paired, the unit will stop searching. 6. To re-connect or disconnect from unit, press and hold the BLUE-
TOOTH for 3 seconds. NOTE: You will need to disconnect any connected Bluetooth devices from the unit to stream from a different Bluetooth device. Bluetooth will automatically disconnect if you are out of the range. 7. Turn off audio by pressing the POWER button on your clock. BATTERY INSTALLATION Four (4) AAA batteries are used to back-up clock and alarm time settings. 1. Open the battery door by pushing in on the tabs, then removing the door. 2. Insert (4) AAA batteries as shown. 3. Replace the battery door back on the compartment. Note: The batteries are used to backup the clock and alarm times when the AC adapter is disconnected or there is a power failure. When replacing the batteries, do not disconnect the AC power adapter, otherwise the current time and alarm will be erased. BATTERY PRECAUTIONS Follow these precautions when using the batteries in this device:
1. Warning - Danger of explosion if batteries are incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. 2. Use only the size and type of batteries specified. 3. Be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the batter-
ies as indicated. A reversed battery may cause damage to the device. 4. Do not mix different types of batteries together (e.g Alkaline, Rechargeable, and Carbon-zinc) or old batteries with fresh ones. 5. ) CONTROLLING BLUETOOTH PLAYBACK You can control music playback of your Bluetooth device wirelessly from your clock. 1. Press PLAY/PAUSE button to play or pause the music playback. 2, Press BACKWARD and FORWARD button to skip track rewind and forward. 3. Press the Vol+ and Vol - button to adjust the volume level. NOTE: You can also control playback directly from your connected Bluetooth device wirelessly. USING AUX-IN 1. Turn on audio by pressing the POWER button on your clock. 2. To connect the auxiliary device: plug the aux-in cable into the 3.5mm AUX-IN jack at the back of the unit. 3. To switch to AUX IN ,press SOURCE button repeatedly until the display shows AUX. 4. To control the playback of the auxiliary device you need to use the devices own controls. 5. You can adjust volume on the unit and the auxiliary device for optimum volume and clarity. 6. Press PLAY/PAUSE button if you want to mute the music playback. 7. Turn off audio by pressing the POWER button on your clock. To set the hour, repeatedly press the HR button to program the disired hour setting, making sure to correctly choose AM or PM. To set the minutes, repeatedly press the MIN button to program the desired minutes setting. 4. Press ALARM 1 to confirm. 5. Press HR and/or MIN buttons to set the volume of alarm. Press the ALARM 1 button to confirm. 6. Press HR and/or MIN buttons to set the time of snooze (5/10/15). And press ALARM 1 to confirm. 7. The Alarm 1 indicator on the display will turn solid confirming the programmed alarm time is set. 8. Follow the same procedure using the alarm 2 button for setting ALARM 2. NOTE: if during the adjustment, no key is activated in 10 seconds, the current display will be automatically stored. Only can set the alarmin standby mode. TURNING OFF THE ALARM 1. To silence the alarm with snooze, press the SNOOZE button. The alarm will stop, and will sound again after 5/10/15 minutes (based on the snooze time setting). The alarm indicator will flash. 2. To silence the alarm for the day, press ALARM 1/ALARM 2 buttons, the alarm will be stop. The ALARM 1 indicator will remain on the display confirming the alarm is set for the next day. 3. To cancel the alarm, press ALARM 1 button to cancel. The ALARM 1 indicator will disappear from the display. NOTE: Same procedure applies for ALARM 2. The alarm will sound for 60 minutes and then shut off if there is no operation. The alarm will activate the next day To set the snooze delay, press HR and/or MIN buttons to set the time of snooze between 5 to 15 minutes and press ALARM 1 button to confirm.
