DOOR SENSOR DESCRIPTION SENSOR PREPARATION 1. Clean the door/wall surface. 2. Remove the slice at the bottom of the sensor to activate the detector. This will start the sensor by activating batteries already installed. KRG door sensor will detect every door opening and closing. It is composed of 2 parts : one sensor and one magnet. Double-sided tape It is an advanced magnetic contact sensor with sigfox transceiver designed to be a fully supervised low-current device. integrated Slice SET UP INSTALLATION 1. Double-sided tapes are given to stick the sensor in the proper position on the door. 2. Put the sensor on the doorframe and the magnet on the door. Make sure the LINE on both part matches. The two parts have to be the closest possible without touching each other (<20mm). INSTALLATION Specific situations 1. You can reverse the sensor if the door frame is too small. Put the sensor on the door and the magnet on the dooframe. Make sure both parts are close and aligned. The sensor connects automatically to the network. 1. Red LED on the sensor flashes every second during one minute. 2. Green or red (depending on the configuration) LED lights on during 5 seconds. 3. The light turns off. The configuration is set up. After every battery replacement or software reset, the sensor will perform the set up operation. The device shall keep at least 20cm separated from the humans. When the battery is low, red LED flashes every 10 seconds. 1. No need to remove the sensor from the wall. Press on the front of the sensor to open it. 2. Take out old batteries. Use the tongue to remove batteries. 3. Install new batteries according to polarity marking. 4. Sensor will initialize itself (see red LED flashing for 1 minute). BATTERY CHANGE DIMENSIONS 1 2 tongue 32,0 mm 20,8 mm 40,4 mm UP DOWN 115,4 mm 2. You can also put sensors on the top of the door. Both part will be horizontal.
