SAR compliance has been established in multiple laptop computer configurations with side PCMCIA slot configurations as tested in this filing, and can be used in laptop computers with substantially similar physical dimensions, construction, and electrical and RF characteristics. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or must not operate in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within a host device. End-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for all final host devices. The highest reported SAR values are: Part 22/Cellular Band- Body: 1.42 W/kg; Part 24/PCS Band- Body: 0.79 W/kg. For use as a module in mobile-only exposure conditions, the max. measured RF conducted output power are :CDMA 800 MHz: 0.264 W; CDMA 1900 MHz :0.256 W. The antenna gain including cable loss must not exceed 6 dBi , for purposes of 2.1043 and 2.1091.
