Connection Central Digital Cordless Phone Quick Start Guide GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR DIGITAL CORDLESS PHONE Install your Digital Cordless Phone Place the charger on a flat surface and connect the adapter to the wall mains supply. Place the 2 recargable NiMH AAA batteries size AAA 1.2V 750mAh (Included), observing their polarities, into the battery compartment of the set. Slide the battery door firmly into place. Place the handset on the charger unit and let the batteries charge for a full 14 hours before using it for the first time. Note: The handset may get warm during initial charge. To register the Digital Cordless Phone Wait one minute after the system is operational. The system is operational when the POWER led changes from RED to GREEN. If you using one or more system telephones the Idle Menu will be displayed and the cursor on the telephone clock will be flashing. Press the Page button for 4 seconds. This button is located on the front of the Connection Central base. This places the system in registration mode for 30 seconds. Press REG on the cordless handset. Press OK for REGISTER. Enter 1234 as the PIN. Press OK. The phone will now register to the Connection Central base. Press for 4 5 seconds to set the Connection Central in registration mode Note: Pressing the Page button normally (for less than 2 seconds) rings all Cordless Phones registered to the system. This can be used to locate misplaced Cordless Phones. Safety precautions:

We advise that this phone should not be used near intensive care medical equipment or by persons with pacemakers. Your phone can interfere with electrical equipment such as answering machines, TV and radio sets, clock radios and computers if placed too close.
