Get the Arnoo app for Android or iOS from Google Play or Apple Store. OR Scan QR Code to download App 2. Confirm that the plug, smartphone and router are close to each other. Confirm your router is turned on and is receiving data. Confirm you are not connecting to a 5G network (only 2.4G is supported). Confirm you are not using a network that requires a web browser login. (i.e. Public Wi-Fi) Confirm you have entered your Wi-Fi password correctly. Check if the number of Wi-Fi devices that are connecting to your router has reached its limit. If so, please remove some devices from this Wi-Fi network and restart the router. Unplug your Smart Plug and plug it back in. Confirm the Smart Plug is powered on. Press and hold the power button on the Smart Plug for 5 to reset. 3. Q: How to factory reset the smart plug.
