Tips and Troubleshooting LifeConnect is designed for ease of use. It can be easily configured through the Life365 online app / portal by the user or a designated care coordinator. LifeConnect is designed to last a number of days, depending on use. It is good practice to charge the band when not in use. Be sure to check the battery level on the band, and be aware of low battery warnings displayed on the screen. Problem Band does not power on. Band is not charging. Possible Cause 1. Plug in & Charge
(USB Power Source) 1: Use the supplied magnetic charging cable to connect its 2 pins to the 2 metal contacts on back of the LifeConnect band. Put LifeConnect on the wrist. 2: Plug the other end into a USB interface, charging adapter, computer, etc. 2 1 Turn on the LifeConnect. Use on board sensors. 75 1200 of 8 Add care coordination apps. Make sure the USB charging source is connected to power. The charging pins can only be attached in one direction to the metal contacts the magnets will repel if not aligned correctly. Make sure the band is fastened securely enough to allow biometric sensors to make contact with the skin but still comfortable to wear. Push and hold the Left and Right Button for a few seconds until the start up screen displays. See online manual or app for more instructions.
