(A) Start software click on the icon Start the software.

(H) Smart features (Bluetooth car screen does not have this feature) Set six personalized features for your device: wake/sleep, home/away, sunrise/sunset, and custom schedules wake up & fall asleep Tap "Smart" at the bottom of the app-> Create Smart or "+", then Wake/Sleep-> Set Time-> Select your room-> Select your device-> Choose effects for the device. (I) Family Management Add members Tap My Home in the top-right corner of the app's main page, then go to Family Management, My Home, and Add Member. You can choose Generate Invitation QR Code or Account Invitation. Enter the recipient's email address to add them. After successful addition, the recipient will appear in the My Home settings interface. TOPAUTO V1.0 26 Remove members Go back to My Family, click Regular Member-> Remove Member. (A) Cannot connect device to router?

Try the following 1. Ensure the smart device is powered on. 2. Ensure that the equipment, mobile phone, and router are close to each other. 3. Ensure the smooth flow of road equipment and mobile phone network. 4. Ensure the input router password is correct. 5. Ensure you use the 2.4G band to add devices. 6. Ensure the wireless device's encryption mode is WPA2-PSK and authentication type is AES, or both are set to automatic. The wireless mode must not be 11n only. 7. If the router has enabled MAC address filtering, try removing the device from the MAC filter list to ensure it can connect to the network. TOPAUTO V1.0 32

(B) The device is offline. What should I do Try the following 1. Check if the device is powered on. 2. Check if the device has been restored to factory settings. 3. Check your network cables and status to ensure the front-end router can access the internet and other devices in the network are functioning properly. Also, confirm if any changes to your router's network settings have caused the smart device to lose wireless connection (you can check this through the router's "Wireless Client List" or DHCP list). Finally, restart the smart device to restore the wireless connection.

(C) Failed to enable remote access. How to handle it 1. Try restarting your smart device and wait 2 minutes before retrying. 2. Restart your router and wait 3 minutes before retrying. 3. If the issue persists, ensure your front-end router has internet access. Disable the firewall or set up a DMZ for the smart device to check if the router blocks the communication port. 4. If the issue persists, verify whether the router requires a MAC address to connect to the internet.

(D) How to create a TOPAUTO App cloud account?

Installation and Use Instructions for LED Lamp 1For lighting installation, the optimal arrangement is a spider web pattern. Users should configure the fixtures according to the actual space requirements. Multi-point layouts are recommended over linear configurations whenever possible. TOPAUTO V1.0 36 2When installing the lamp, ensure it is positioned at least 30cm above the ground. The higher the lamp is placed, the better the Bluetooth signal transmission. 3The distance between lamps should be within 10 meters. The shorter the spacing, the better the Bluetooth signal transmission. 4If Bluetooth signal transmission is poor during lamp usage, a Bluetooth signal amplifier can be employed. The spacing between signal amplifiers should be within 20 meters. Placing more than two signal amplifiers at the center of the lamp installation range yields optimal signal transmission performance. 5To control a lamp remotely, use a bridge, which should be installed at the center of the lamp's range. 6After installing and powering on all lighting fixtures, a brief waiting period is required for data signal transmission and forwarding between them. Users can then adjust brightness and color settings through the app's dimming interface. The waiting duration depends on the number of fixtures and their spacing: fewer fixtures and shorter distances result in shorter waiting times, while more fixtures or greater distances lead to longer waiting periods. 7You can freely select various lighting fixtures to form different groups.
