-Sensor Tr/Fenster Sensor Halten Sie die Reset-Taste an Ihrem Sirenen-Hub etwa 10 Sekunden lang gedrckt. Sie hren einen Piepton und die LED-Anzeigen leuchten im Rhythmus fnfmal hintereinander auf. Lass Sie den Knopf los.Der Sirene-Hub lscht alle vorherigen Einstellungen und startet neu. Nach dem Neustart wird der Setup-Modus automatisch aufgerufen und die LAN-Anzeige blinkt einmal pro Sekunde. Folgen Sie dann den Anweisungen der App, um die Sirene erneut hinzuzufgen. Verwenden Sie den Rcksetzstift (im Lieferumfang enthalten), um den Reset-Knopf im Rcksetzloch ca. 3 sec. zu Drcken und zu Halten ( Auf der Rckseite der Tastatur). Wenn die Netzwerkanzeige anfngt schnell zu blinken, lassen Sie den Knopf los. Die Tastatur geht zurck in die Werkseinstellungen, lschen Sie die Netzwerkinformationen und starten Sie neu. Alle LEDs leuchten kurz mit einem Ton auf. Nach dem Zurcksetzten, wird beim Start ein neues verfgbares ZigBee Netzwerk gesucht. Danach folgen Sie den App Anweisungen um die Tastatur wieder hinzuzufgen. Bevor Sie eine Rckstellung einleiten, sollten Sie das System deaktivieren und die Tastatur aus der Halterung entfernen. Gehen Sie sicher das die Power Anzeige leuchtet 2. Wenn die WLAN und LAN Anzeige aus ist, scheint es ein Problem mit Ihrem Heimnetzwerk zu geben. 3. Wenn die mittlere WLAN Anzeige aus ist, und die LAN Anzeige blinkt, aber nicht in einer gleichmigen Geschwindigkeit, scheint es ein Problem mit dem Internet zu geben. berprfen Sie bitte Ihre Internet Verbindung, Eventuell mssen Sie Ihren Router neu starten. 4. Wenn die mittlere WLAN Anzeige aus ist, und die LAN Anzeige gleichmig blinkt, einmal pro Sekunde. Bedeutet es das der Sirenen-Hub sich im Einstellungsmodus bendet. Sie mssen die App verwenden um den Sirenen-Hub erneut zu installieren. berprfen Sie ob die CR123A Batterien richtig eingelegt sind und nicht entladen sind. Vielleicht brauchen Sie ein neues paar Batterien. Hinweis: benutzen Sie keine wieder auadbaren Batterien. Wenn die Batterie Energie weniger als 10% betrgt, arbeitet der Bewegungssensor nicht richtig. Bitte tauschen Sie die Batterien aus. Wenn die Tastatur mit dem Hub kommuniziert, reagiert die Tastatur nicht auf eine Eingabe. Wenn die Fehleranzeige rot leuchtet, knnen Sie nur Besttigen, Abbrechen und die Gefahren Taste benutzen. Wenn keine Modusschalttaste gedrckt wird, reagiert die Tastatur nicht auf drcken der Nummern, Besttigen und Abbrechen Tasten. Sensoren werden nach der Installation als ofine in der App angezeigt. Wahrscheinlich sind sie zu weit vom Sirenen-Hub entfernt. Versuchen Sie den Sirenen-Hub nher bei den Sensoren zu platzieren. Unbeabsichtigte Alarme durch Haustiere Platzieren Sie die Sensoren bitte so, dass Sie nicht durch Tiere ausgelst werden knnen. Vibrationen oder Bewegungen von Tieren knnen die Sensoren auslsen. Unbeabsichtigte Alarme durch starke Hitze oder Klte Bitte halten Sie die Sensoren von folgendem fern:

Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, Elektro Heizungen, Heizlftern, Feuerstellen, zugige Fenster, Klimaanlagen und Lftungsschlitzen. Problem Solution Check the LED indicators status. 1. Make sure the power indicator is on. 2. If both WAN and LAN indicators are off, there may be a problem with your home router. 3. If the middle WAN indicator is off, and the LAN indicator is blinking, but not at a steady pace, there may be a problem with the internet. Please check your home internet connection. You may need to reboot your router. 4. If the middle WAN indicator is off, and the LAN indicator is regularly blinking,once per second, then it means the siren hub is in setup mode. You need to use the app to add the siren hub again. Make sure the CR123A batteries are installed correctly and full of power. You may need a new pair of batteries altogether. NOTE: Do not use rechargeable batteries. If the battery power is lower than 10% percent, the motion sensor may not work.Please change the batteries. When the keypad is communicating with the hub, it will not respond to button presses. When the Faulted Sensor indicator is red, only Conrm, Cancel and the Emergency buttons are allowed to be pressed. When no mode swithing key is pressed, the keypad will not respond to number,Conrm and Cancel keys pressing. They may be too far from the siren hub. Try and move the siren hub closer to the location of the sensors. Please try and position the sensor where they will not be triggered by pets.Vibration or movement caused by pets bumping a sensor may trigger the sensor. Maintenance Battery Replacement The app will notify you when a devices battery gets too low. To replace the battery, please disarm the system rst to avoid unintended anti-tamper alarms. Reset to Factory Settings If the trouble shooting steps above do not solve the problem, it may be necessary to reset devices back to their factory settings. Siren Hub Keypad Motion Sensor Door/Window Sensor Press and hold the reset button on your siren hub for about 10 seconds. You will hear one beep sound and the LED indicators will start to ash in sequence for 5 times. Release the button. The siren hub will clear all the previous settings and reboot. After reboot, it will enter setup mode automatically and the LAN indicator blinks once per second. Then follow the app instruction to re-add the siren hub. Use the reset pin (included in the package) to press and hold the reset button in the pin hole (on the back of the device) for about 3 seconds. When the network indicator starts blinking quickly, release the button. The keypad will reset to factory settings, clear the network information and reboot. All the LEDs will be on for a moment with a beep. After the reset, it will start to search for a new enabled ZigBee network. Then follow the app instruction to re-add the keypad. Before you reset it you may need to disarm the system and remove the keypad from the bracket. This is to avoid unintended anti-tamper alarms. Press and hold the reset button (inside battery cover) for about 3 seconds. The LED indicator will start blinking quickly. Release the button release the button and the sensor will reset to its factory setting. The LED indicator will then blink once per second while it searches for the network.
