INSTRUCTION MANUAL (MODEL NO. TM-4655) Function and Controls 1. Microphone 2. On/Off Button 3. Antenna 4. Earphone 5. Earphone wire 6. Battery screw lock Battery Installation This Glass Walkie Talkies are operated with DC6V (LR44 x 8 pcs or equivalent) batteries. 1. Release the screw (#6) then take off the battery cover. Follow the Polarities diagram inside the battery compartment ; connect 4 pcs LR44 6V batteries. Recover the battery door, then rotate the screw into the thread to lock it up. 2. If the unit is not to be used for an extended period of time, remove the batteries. 3. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries. 4. Old and leaking batteries can cause damage to the unit and may void the warranty. 5. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Operation 1. Put the unit on and take out the earphone (#4) into your ear for listening. 2. Adjust the microphone correctly towards your month for transmit your voice clearly. 3. Turn the On/Off Switch (#2) to 'ON' position.. Your Walkie Talkies are ready to operate. 4. To transmit, speak into microphone (#1) clearly in a normal voice. 5. In the event of interference caused by other radio signals in the vicinity, move to a different location. Care and Maintenance 1. Clean your set with a damp (never wet) cloth, solvent or detergent should never be used. 2. Avoid leaving your set in direct sunlight or in hot, humid or dusty places. 3. When the sound of the set becomes weak, it is the time to replace the batteries. NOTE 1.
