Marassts commitment to our customer is to provide the highest quality in products and services. If the customer suspects the product is not functioning properly, please contact Marasst Service Department for assistance. Once a defective product is determined, the customer will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for repair or replacement. Please contact service@marasst.com for technical support. Limited Warranty Coverage All Marassts MP-Air products feature a one (1) year parts and labor limited-warranty. Marasst warrants its products against defects in merchandise and workmanship under normal use and service for six months from the original date of shipment. If the product became defective during its warranty period, Marasst will, at its option, repair or replace the defective unit with new or reconditioned unit or parts. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to the warranty location. This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other natural disasters, mishandling, dropping, or infestation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if Marasst determines that the product has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during the return shipment. Marasst reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of warranty. Excluded Products and Problems This warranty does not apply to: (a) Marasst software products; or (b) expendable components such as cable or battery. Marasst provides no warranty of any kind on such products which, if included, are provided "AS IS." Excluded is damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, use of non-Marasst supplied or approved media, misuse of software, or external environmental causes. Obtain Warranty Service If the defected product is eligible for warranty service, the customer will be provided with a RMA number and shipping instruction. Please include the proof of the date of original purchase or the proof of warranty registration with the shipment. A service fee may apply to the repair process even if there was no problem found after examination.
