Getting Started 2.1 Switching Headset On and Off Switch On To switch on headset, press and hold the TALK button for at least 5 seconds. Release the TALK button immediately when LED is flashing Green every. Switch Off To switch off headset, press and hold the TALK button for at least 5 seconds. Release the TALK button immediately when LED is flashing Red rapidly. 2.2 Pairing with Bluetooth Phone Before Bluetooth headset can be used with Bluetooth phone, it is required to perform pairing operation with the Bluetooth phone. Please refer to the instruction manual of the Bluetooth phone. To prepare the Bluetooth headset for pairing with the Bluetooth phone, the headset must be off. Press and hold the TALK button for at least 10 seconds. Release the TALK button when LED is flashing RED and GREEN alternatively. The headset is now ready for pairing with the Bluetooth phone. Bluetooth phone has to initiate discovery and select the Bluetooth headset for pairing. Enter the passkey 1234 of the Bluetooth headset to pair headset with phone. After pairing is successful, the Bluetooth headset LED will flash GREEN every few seconds. 3. Operating Instructions 3.1 Answering Call with Bluetooth Headset Answering Call When an incoming call is received on the Bluetooth phone that has been paired with headset, a ring tone will be heard on the headset earpiece after a few seconds. Press the TALK button to answer the incoming call. Changing Headset Earpiece Volume Press the Vol+ to increase the volume and Vol- to decrease the volume. This operation is only active during call operations. Mute Headset Microphone Press and hold Vol+ or Vol- during an active call to temporary mute the microphone. Release the Vol+ or Vol- button only after a periodic tone is heard to indicate the mute function is active. To disable the mute function, again press and hold the Vol+ or Vol-
button until the periodic tone is turned off. Ending a Call To hang up an active call, press the TALK button. Making a call using Voice Dial Make sure that the Bluetooth phone has enabled its voice dial function before use. To initiate Voice Dial, press the TALK button. Wait for a beep sound then speak the name of the party you wish to call. Charging the Headset When the Headset battery is running low, LED will flash RED every few seconds. To charge the battery, turn on the power to the DC adapter and connect the DC adapter to the headset. LED will turn RED to indicate charging is in progress. LED will be off after the headset battery is fully charged.
