LTE supports 1.4/3/5/10/15/20 MHz BW modes in Band 2/4, 1.4/3/5/10 MHz BW modes in Band 5/12, 5/10/15/20 MHz BW modes in Band 7, and 5/10MHz BW modes in Band 13/17. Antenna gain including cable loss must not exceed 10 dBi in Band 2, 7.0 dBi in Band 4, 12.92 dBi in Band 5, 10 dBi in Band 7, 13.92 dBi in Band 12/13/17 for the purpose of satisfying the requirements of CFR 47 §2.1043 and §2.1091. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously is required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. Compliance of this device in all final product configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. Installation of this device into specific final products may require the submission of a Class II permissive change application containing data pertinent to RF Exposure, spurious emissions, ERP/EIRP, and host/module authentication, or new application if appropriate. This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S Territories. This filing is only applicable for US operations.
