Heres how:
1. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included), remove the screws and battery compartment covers located on the back of the over hang light (Fig.1), on the bottom of the cooking range (Fig. 2), on the left side of the register (Fig. 3), on the outside of earpiece (Fig. 4) and on the back of intercom system (Fig. 5). 2. Install two (2) or three (3) fresh 1.5V AA (LR6) alkaline batteries (not included) into each battery compartment making sure the (+) and (-) ends face the proper direction as indicated inside the battery compartments. 3. Move switch located on the back panel of the light to the ON position once fresh batteries have been installed. FEATURES Take orders from the drive- thru window using the intercom. Works just like a two-way radio with headset!
Intercom & Headset When a customer arrives to the order window, speak to them using the built in two-way radio to take their order. Heres how:
1. Move switch located on the back panel of intercom to the ON position. 2. Turn ON headset by pressing button on the right as pictured, until it clicks. 3. Once both are ON they will connect to each other automatically. Intercom Press and hold button down on intercom to speak to your server. Headset Press and hold down button on the left as pictured to speak to your customer. NOTE: You must release the button to hear person on the other end when using either the intercom or headset. You cannot speak and listen at the same time. Register makes real sounds when your customer pays for their meal!
