Insert four (4) x AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries with the positive (+) and negative (-) ends facing in the proper direction as indicated inside the battery compartment. (Fig. 2). 4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw.

Use the keyboard to choose the songs you want to hear in four different rhythms. You can also use it to make your own music! Here's how:
- Rhythm Slider - Move the Rhythm Slider to one of four positions: Classic, Country, Hip-Hop or World Beat. You can even move the Slider while a song is playing to change beats instantly!
Mode Slider Switch - This slider switch has three different modes of play:
1. Complete Song Mode - This mode plays entire songs. When a song is complete, the next song in the list will play. You can also press any key on the Keyboard to skip to the next song. If you would like to hear all of the lullabies, you must press hold the button down for 3 sec. 2.Stanzas Mode - This mode plays part of a song (stanza), Press any key on the Keyboard to move to the next stanza, When the song is complete, the next song in the list will play. 3. Single Note Mode - This mode plays single notes on the Keyboard, Try to play along with the music or make your own! .
* Octave button - Press the Octave button to raise the pitch of the songs. Each button press raises the octave by 1 to a maximum of 8, after which it goes back down to 1 again. The Octave button behaves differently in each Mode:
1, In Complete Song Mode, press the Octave button to change the octave of the song on the fly without interrupting the song. 2:In Stanzas Mode, press the Octave button to change the octave of the song on the fly without interrupting the song. 3.In Single Note Mode, press the Octave button to raise the octave of the next keyboard press. TIP: Try playing some of the songs at the end of these instructions!
Sleep Mode: Lo: . If no keys or other controls are pressed.on the keyboard, the Rock & Twist Body will go into Sleep Mode to conserve battery power. Press any key on the Keyboard to bring the Rock &
Twist Body back out of Sleep Mode. - . Microphone: . This microphone is on a flexible stand so that you can adjust it to your height and sing along with the music! Slide the Microphone button to ON position and sing into the microphone. Your voice will be mixed in with the music! , . QUICK START (con't) Seat:
The music dees not just come from the Keyboard: your seat is also a musical instrument! You can use it to change music speed and even add percussion (drum) sounds!
Be sure to grip the Seat Handles tightly as you try these musical maneuvers:
Swivel right to make the music slower and swivel left to make it faster!
Bounce up and dwn in the seat to make percussion (drum) sounds!
Caution: Do not bounce or jump too high in the seat. You only need to doa small bounce to get the sounds. Tf no keys or other controls are pressed or the seat is not moved, the Rock & Twist Body will go into Sleep Mode.
