This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the unit off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
-Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.
-Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
-Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by Mobicom Corporation will void the user's authority to operate this equipment. Only use approved batteries and chargers. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) is a value that corresponds to the relative amount of RF energy absorbed by the user of a wireless phone. The Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government sets SAR limits. The maximum allowed SAR value of 1.6W/kg allows for a substantial safety margin, designed to assure the safety of all persons. Tests for SAR values are conducted using FCC approved operating positions at the highest possible power levels. The actual SAR level while using the phone is likely to be well below the maximum value. The highest reported SAR levels for this mobile phone are in full compliance with the FCC limits. SAR compliance is limited to the specific belt-clip/holsters/accessories shipped with this product. SAR compliance is limited to the batteries shipped with this product.
