Explanation N77 operating band in US We, Motorola Mobility LLC declare that the device with FCC ID: IHDT56ZL1 supported 3550-3700 MHz and 3700-3980 MHz for 5G NR band n77 in USA. By design, LTE/5GNR User Equipment (UE) will only transmit after receiving the Master Information Block (MIB) and the System Information Block (SIB) from base stations. This information is necessary for the UE to join the network. Accordingly, transmissions on non-allocated US bands (eg. 3550-3700 MHz) cannot occur because there will be no authorized base station device operating on non-US bands in the USA/US Territories. This is in line with what is done with 2G and 3G protocols, to ensure that the UE will not transmit on bands that, even if supported by the UE hardware, are not allowed in the US."
